Thanksgiving ruined. This restaurant should not be on open table. The waitress apologized and said we should’ve chose any other restaurant but this one. Didn’t realize it was a hotel restaurant attached to a hospital. And please trust that hospital food would’ve been better. What made matters worst was the fact that the manager went around asking all patrons about their experience then proceeded to find a reason for the customers to be at fault. Trash. I can only look back on thanksgiving 2022 and laugh. What a joke. Oh and I ordered the citrus cream pasta with chicken. The chicken was cooked harder than concrete and the pasta has zero flavor. My friend ordered the same but with shrimp. No bueno. Thank god for the old fashioned that starkly drowned our sorrows. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Curate is an evening restaurant/bar located inside Marriott Medical Center on the 2nd floor. Loved the atmosphere and the food. My Salmon was baked to perfection. It came with a rice pilaf, asparagus, and a creamy lemon sauce. The Angus Burger and Chicken Fried Chicken are also on the Menu at Marriotts Main Green which we have really enjoyed on those visits as well. The Banana Bread Pudding with ice cream was delicious. The banana worried me because I thought it would be strong but it wasn't. It's baked into it like a banana nut bread flavor. The ice cream on top was like a vanilla bean flavor and it was soft and kinda whippy. We had Andrew whip up a cocktail with Malibu since a couple of menu options were no longer available. He created a Malibu pineapple cocktail that was given the thumbs up. 👍🏼 ...Returned to Curate and we had the Citrus Lemon Linguine with both Chicken and Grilled Shrimp and the Pepperoni Pizza. The Linguine tasted fabulous! Nice and creamy, perfect for the palate. The shrimp tasted nice and clean. We were not a fan of the breading on the pizza and we were a bit disappointed as we had high expectations for it. Today we tried the Italian Lemon Cream Cake for Dessert and it was amazing. My mom and I have stayed in the hotel several times now. We have really enjoyed this restaurant. We have ordered the salmon salad multiple times and it always very good. We ordered some simple appetizers- edamame and the hummus - both were good portions, fresh and good. The wine pours are generous and the staff super friendly. I also thought the atmosphere overlooking Fannin, with beautiful bar and I think a fireplace (maybe it was just a sitting area with a tv?) was very cozy. Only one time there was a loud, obnoxious patron at the bar - but it was a baseball playoff night so meh. Ok. Maybe it was the guy that left the angry review?? In the medical center and I had the opportunity to stop by Curate for lunch. The is a new spot within the TMC and it is really nice. The lunch service was really quick and the food was flavorful. I had the shrimp tacos and they were delicious. I would definitely look forward to another visit. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Had a lovely dinner at Marriott Medical Center's restaurant Curate. Tried the Citrus Cream Linguine with added on salmon. The linguine was delicious, comes with asparagus, walnuts and mushrooms with creamy sauce. Salmon was cooked great and it was fresh. Great staff! Worst $22 salad I've ever had. Tough, dry, overcooked chicken on a huge pile of lettuce—which essentially resulted in a treasure hunt of sorts, trying to find a few bits of what I'd ordered (beets, cranberries, walnuts, etc were present in trace amounts). While their food is pretty good, I don’t recommend getting the meat and cheese charcuterie board as an appetizer. The charge was $25 for a board with very little food for 2 to share. I think we received about 4 crackers but asked for more. It was way over charged or under supplied, whatever way you want to look at it!
