Went to this location with high expectations and left with a feeling of overpriced priced food for mediocre quality. I ordered the Pub Burger and was not impressed with what I paid for. The bacon on this thing was paper thin, like something I would get out of an Oscar Meyer pre-cooked box at Food Lion. The burger was kinda dry. The fries were standard crinkle and the onion rings were nothing special.I feel like could have gotten a better quality burger meal for cheaper at a hole in the wall hotdog joint. The location was clean and the atmosphere was decent but I came for quality food and was disappointed. Was not worth the hype. BEWARE. AVOID. I would give no stars if I could. They make my food wrong all the time - and now requiring me to bring the food and the receipt in to get a replacement. After I’ve already driven home. Shaniqua, decided she was going to be rude and try to not give me her name and hang up on me, then proceeds to ignore my calls back and Naz answer the phone who puts me on hold and then hangs up. I will be calling corporate over this. Asks for grilled chicken with Swiss and lettuce, and this is all I got. Not even utensils to try and eat. Not to mention the cold stale fries. (I only live 10 mins away, they shouldn’t feel like they’re an hour old) Also ordered a Swiss burger and the cheese was stuck to the bottom of the box. Asked for lettuce and cheese on chicken, and no lettuce. Moral of the story; it’s always something messed up. Fantastic place - one of the best fast food burgers in Winston-Salem. I think Five Guys is marginally better but this is significantly less expensive. Highly recommend getting one of their classic butter burgers if you haven't had the chance. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Shew, I know the prices of things have gone up but $50 for 3 meals and a custard is absurd for the quantity and quality of food you get. I don't understand the big deal about this place as it didn't offer anything beyond what other places offer. The fries and chicken tenders were good..however the hamburger meat packed any flavor at all. Customer service could use some training. The guy taking our order couldn't answer questions we had as first timers. The drink machine was low and one employee just walked away, another said they would tell someone and two others including a manger told us it was probably low and that someone else needed to take care of it. We were there a good 45 min and never got drinkable drinks because of this issue. The lack of "it's not my job" attitude is what ruins businesses. This feels like a Freddy's custards gone wrong. This was my first visit to Culver's and we will be returning! Nice and clean with a good atmosphere. The food was delicious 😋 fresh and hot, thank you! Customer service was great, especially our front counter server. He smiled 😊 and carried on a conversation to make us feel comfortable for our first time reading the board menu... thank you Gavin😉. First time trying Culver's. LOVED it! Got the Culver's Deluxe Double & Cheese Curds for the family. Everyone loved them. Wonderful experience at the drive thru. Very friendly. Short wait time. Delicious food. We will certainly be returning. Edited to add: We've been back a few times since the first visit & the food & service has been spectacular every time. I wanted to share my experience in hopes that the manager would see. Last night Kaitlyn took my order. I told her that I wanted a small vanilla. She said "do you mean a dish?" I asked her what that was. She begins to tell me all of the types of servings they have for ice cream there. I told her I wasn't sure what a dish was, but I just wanted a small cup of the vanilla. She says again "do you mean a dish?" I asked her what a dish is. She says "like a dish of ice cream." At this point, she's mocking me. She keeps saying the word "dish" over and over. Her smirks let me know she thinks this is funny. Between that and her condescending tone, I just want to be done with her. At this point, I just show her the cup on the counter is a little display of the sizes. I tell her "I want that size in vanilla. With cookie dough." She says "and what do you want on it?" "Cookie dough." (Like I'd just told her) This might seem like a small interaction, but in my opinion it's just so easy to be nice to people. Kaitlyn seemed to find pleasure in her attempt to make me feel stupid by not knowing employee terminology. I don't know if Kaitlyn has noticed, but I do not work there. My son and I eat our dinner and on the way out I go to the counter so that I can ask to talk to the manager about it. Of course, Kaitlyn is up there so she gets the manager. While I'm talking to the manager and telling her the story, Kaitlyn is behind her , laughing with her friends. She is clearly eavesdropping on the conversation, as when I tell her how Kaitlyn was treating me, Kaitlyn starts to become angry. Kaitlyn turns around and begins to yell at me. I will not lie. I raised my voice back. I told her that I find it comical that she was so rude to me in secret when she thought that no one was listening, but now everyone can know that this is how she acts towards strangers. It's comical how her tone changed once she'd been caught. She began to go on a long rant, storming through the store cussing, and as I was leaving, I could hear her screaming from the back, as did several other customers, whose complaints on Kaitlyn I'm sure you'll hear soon. Clearly, she is not fit to work in a public space as number one, she treats customers as if they are stupid. And secondly, when confronted with the things she does wrong, she does not apologize, but she goes on an angry temper tantrum throughout the store, screaming profanities. My experience with Culver's until this point has been 100% wonderful. My son and I used to eat there about every weekend. Everyone is wonderful, the food is fantastic and the restaurant is ridiculously clean. And I guess that's why it put such a bad taste in my mouth, such a rude person wait on me.
