Nice dinner with spaghetti, shrimp, fish, burgers, sandwiches, cheese curds & ice creams. Lots of variety, and the food was good. Order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Culver's reminds me of Freddy's. I stopped in for lunch and had the Wisconsin Melt. The melt consisted of your normal rye bread with swiss cheese and a thin burger. Overall it was good. There are a few other items on the menu with chicken sandwiches and salads. I also had a side of chili. It was spicy but thin. I recommend this as a typical fast food stop. They do have a good assortment of frozen custard but I did not try it. Typical combo meal is around $10 as of Dec. 2023. Update: Had lunch at Culvers again and tried the Butterburger Swiss and Mushrooms. It was excellent. I like the fact they have dispensed ketchup. I got the smokehouse BBQ cheddar burger and my wife got the mushroom swiss burger. The food was good, not great, but good. I'll definitely give them another try. Our first visit to a Culver's in NC. We were concerned that this location would not be up to the standard we expected from visiting multiple Culver's in other states. However, our concerns were without merit 😉. The food was as tasty as we expected and the staff was friendly. We will stop by here again if we are ever in the area . With the I-40 highway connection construction underway, I've watched the area grow with new residential and commercial business. One of which is this Culver's which JUST opened. Living in the area, I got really tired of only having a limited option of fast food chains so I decided to try a different flavor of it for lunch today. I was met with a large menu of different types of burgers from the Mushroom and Swiss (my husband's order), Atlantic Cod (mine) and the Beef Pot Roast that I ordered to feed to my baby and toddler. I figured it would be easy enough to chew. The drive thru was busy but organized. They asked me to pull along side of the building and wait in a labeled parking slot. They stuck a number on my window. I really enjoyed the messaging details throughout its branding. Adds a lot more personalization of you ask me. Speaking of messages, peep the packaging. As I was taking a pic of my cod, it literally says to take a pic, it'll last longer! This was a very fluffy and generous cut. Really enjoyed it! And the fam enjoyed their orders as well. Overall, really happy to have some diversity in fast food options in the area. Today was my first experience with Culver's but definitely not my last! Absolutely delicious butter burgers, fish, fresh custard and sides. The onion rings are amazing! Friendly service. I like that your meal is cooked to order and comes to you fresh and hot! I read in an article that this was the best hamburger joint in NC…knew I had to try it… it was really good but I feel that 5 Guys has the best burger but I truly enjoyed the custard! Culver's is a great place to get fast food that is better than fast food. It comes out hot and they often bring it right to you! You can substitute so many sides the seafood options are actually really good. The prices are very good too. Super crowded after church but they still handle it all well. Highly Recommend.
