Whoa! I haven’t met a Crumbl cookie I didn’t like yet! So delicious!!! And I love the new flavors, mystery cookies, and testers! What a fun treat!! Favorite so far is the Caramel Pumpkin Cake! 🧡

These cookies were absolutely amazing! They were very rich & dense so one could last you a while. I've never seen a cotton candy cookie but it was on point & not overly sweet. The packaging was sturdy enough to hold the cookies all day long without getting soggy or oily. I highly recommend this company for any special occasion, or just because!

The cookies here often aren’t hits. I’ve got rock hard and small cookies before. This week we order the cinnamon roll and there wasn’t really any cinnamon and the edges were rough. We also got the turtle and it was small with the middle frosting part not covering the whole cookie.

I’ve come to this location for a long time & the last two weeks have been disappointing. Not sure if there is new staff or something changed, but they haven’t been great about greeting/tending to customers quickly. The last two weeks of cookies I ordered were not well done & oddly, the staff didn’t show them to me both times. (Maybe they knew they weren’t that great? Both staff also seemed pretty shy and emotionless - not a lot of eye contact or communication). Last week, the galaxy brownie & wedding cake both came with very little frosting. I have had them a few times before and it was shocking how severely under-frosted they were. I watched the guy frosting other cookies today and it seemed better, but still not a very quality or careful job. This week, the strawberry shortcake had bubbly/weird looking jam on it (unlike the one I got at the Marysville location) and the Cowboy cookie was weirdly small. The customer before me was shown her cookies and asked for one to be replaced based on the look of it as well. I waited in line quite a while to return them, but the lady who took my return was very kind and understanding. Hoping my next time in will be better!

They have a variety of cookies each week. I have tried multiple line ups, and many of them are winners others not so much. But there's something for everyone! The only complaint I have is I don't really like the base recipe I think it's too thick and there's not very much crunch. They are all very chewy almost doughy.

I used to have Crumble cookies a lot but haven’t tried it for a while as I moved in a new state. Quite excited to find this location while I was shopping in Lynnwood.
The girls at the shop weren’t welcoming, which was a little surprise. Also, I felt the cookie size is smaller than I used to buy in my previous state. Not sure if I come back, but we love the cookies!

The cookies were huge, and could easily be shared by two people or more. They are very expensive though, and the ordering process was a bit confusing as you do it all from a kiosk. Lemon cheesecake was by far the freshest tasting

I've been curious about this place for a while now and finally took the time to check it out. WOW! BEST COOKIES EVER!

The cookies are too sweet to me but I would still taste them well because that's just my personal preference and other people love these. What I didn't like is that this location is so unfriendly! 3 women working and not one person welcomed us in, smiled at us, said thanks for coming. It was such a weird environment. 0 stars for anything resembling customer service.
