Got 4 cookies last night from here and the peanut butter one tastes like they mistakenly put lemon in it. I want another cookie! I have half of it left. Yuck!

So delicious! Warm, fresh, gigantic cookies! Cutest little bakery, smells amazing and super clean! Easy touch screen ordering system. I only ordered one cornbread cookie, odd flavor combo but it was so good! A bit pricey but tastes amazing. Our cashier was a little nosy but everyone was friendly and speedy.

First time visiting Crumbl Cookies. The staff was exceptional. Engaging, communicative, personable and genuine. Fantastic customer experience. The bakery itself is cute, modern, and minimal. The customer is able to experience the process. As a consumer, I appreciate the transparency of this. Now on to the cookies. They are overpriced. The are extremely massive, rich, and almost sinful. I am willing to pay high dollar for quality delicious items. Based on taste alone I will willing return despite the expensive price. Give it a try. The cookies are worth it. Oh...the best part they serve the cookies warm.

I love Crumbl Cookies! This location in Lee's Summit is a great one! I have been here many times now!
All the cookies I have tried have been delicious! They are always fresh and warm when they are supposed to be warm cookies and nice and cold when they are supposed to be served cold cookies! The staff has always been very friendly! We love getting to try new flavors on our visits! It's fun to watch for the reveal videos on social media on Sundays.
A few of the flavors that I have personally enjoyed most are the blueberry muffin cookie, churro cookie, corn bread cookie and the pink sugar cookie. Although I've not had a cookie I haven't liked yet so I would really recommend any of them 😜

Yesterday was my first time trying this sinfully, delightful place 🙂. I was hearing about it all across the internet and a friend of mine confirmed it’s worth the trip. I ordered on line ( a smooth and easy process) and had curbside pick up. As you can see in the picture it was very cold, snow on the ground and about 12 degrees. The service was flawless and the cookies are beautiful. I got a 4 pack so I could sample several at once. The pink iced cookie was my favorite of the 4. My husband liked the Oreo best, but trust me they all got eaten 😋. I will definitely be back.

Literally the best cookies ever. Service is super fast and always fresh as well. I love that the menu changes weekly. Crumbl has been a recent addiction of mine and I’ve been going every week. Fairly inexpensive as well!

A M A Z I N G. Delicious cookies, outstanding customer service and easy process! Select flavors per week to choose from, go in enter what you want on kiosk and they make your order while you do it on the kiosk. Very fast experience! Worth the money for sure.

They had some cookies I wanted to try. They had a sugar cookie that wasn’t too sweet and great flavor. The service was amazing everyone was kind and when I ordered by Uber eats the Uber driver mess with it but when I called Crumbl cookie They sent a new driver with a fresh box so amazing service when I went inside the store, it was so clean and a great facility and I was able to openly see the process of the cookies again great atmosphere too

1. The cookies are amazing, and not all of them are so sweet that they'll send you into a sugar coma. The banana cream pie is definitely my favorite.
2. The cookies are also huge. My spouse and I split one. A friend divides two up between her family of five.
3. The folks behind the counter at this location are fast, efficient, friendly, and fun.
Only sad detail is that they don't have any vegan options. Maybe some day!

Placed a catering order remotely for a peer to pick up for mercy children’s hospital. Spoke with the rep on the phone to coordinate the time and they still managed to gift it the wrong day and to the wrong customer. Refusing to give a refund after multiple attempts. This location is nothing but issues, find a different location if ordering catering.
