Usually this location is pretty good, but tonight I ordered for delivery as usual and when it arrives only 1 of the 5 cookies ordered was correct and they gave me a coupon for one free cookie. If you are going to replace this many items in my order you need to call me or refund the order, two of the cookies didn't even have any toppings. I called the store and they didn't even have enough staff to answer the phone. Service Delivery

First time. Everything went very well. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Figuring out what I wanted and qty was very simple to figure out. They are a bit pricey but the product turned out to be well worth the cost for the occasional treat. I will be back. Other than the fact that they only had 3 flavors, came home and cookies were all raw. I bake cookies and as soon as I cut them in half I could definitely tell they were raw. If your cookies are going to be that expensive, they better be on point.

I’m a big fan of their whole concept. From someone who handles marketing, their use of scarcity (buy now before you miss out) I think is ingenious. This keeps me coming back week after week to try their new flavors. This week in particular was one of my favorite flavors, peanut butter and jelly. I wasn’t sure how it would taste on a cookie but it was incredible. I love the option on the app to buy ahead of time for carry out or in-store pickup. Great customer service in this location too.

The place is so nice and beautiful but the cookies are regular nothing amazing the weird thing for me that I didn't smell baked cookies at all there price on the high price there cookies is large and thick, you have to place the order by your self so it's quick and more convenient, you can get a free cookie in your birthday with showing Id

I am a fantastic baker. With that said, I was skeptical to try these expensive cookies! $4.78 one cookie or $5.36 w tax. I got a sugar cookie w cream cheese frosting. It was delicious. I definitely would come again for a treat, but only rarely due to cost.
