Stopped here every morning on our vacation trip to Puerto Rico, this place is so good kept us coming back. Delicious coffee made with love, great service. Our favorites were Iced Blooming rose and Iced Rileys treat!

One of the best coffee that we found on the island. The owners are very friendly and talented when it comes to crafting coffee. We randomly discovered on social media that this place was recently opened and wanted to give it a try and we couldn’t be happier with the coffee and service we got. We went early in the morning for a coffee and came back in the afternoon for their freshly squeezed lemonades. Their hours on here is accurate and they are pretty active in social media, so that you can double check for the latest updates.
If you’re anywhere around Isabela, the surrounding area, or just driving through, you have to stop at Cream n’ Sugar! Very sweet local owners who obviously love the craft of coffee—and they’re great at making it! We got the iced chai and iced Riley with coconut milk. Both have raspberry whipped cream 😍
They make everything by hand with love as you order, so keep that in mind (just like any other craft coffee shop :). We were still in and out within a matter of minutes.
Best coffee we’ve found anywhere in this area! And a unique experience here on the island. We’ll be back to try the lemonades later on.
Their hours (which are accurate on here) are also ideal, as many coffee spots don’t open until 7 or 8 during the week.

So so good!🥰 Randomly stopped by to get a coffee on the way to the beach and was pleasantly surprised by the very cute little drive-thru coffee shop. As suggested I got their cinnamon pumpkin iced coffee with cold cream and was blown away! Stellar presentation with the dusting of cinammon and sprinkle of pumpkin seeds to really celebrate the fall season. So sad 🥲 I don't live here to enjoy it again.

Great stop for some tasty drinks. Super friendly service, they were very helpful, knew their menu well and were genuinely engaged in conversation.

The coffee was perfect. I bought Blooming Rose and was exquisite. I was looking for a stronger coffee and this taste is amazing. At first I didn't know what to order but the lady helped me and gave me an excellent service. Thanks!
This beats out Starbucks by a long shot. Coffee quality and pricing go a long way and this place has it. Plus a parking lot to stop if you need it. You see them do every step, which is also a major thing for me. Plus they are clean. A definite stop when in the area
My family comes here every week and they're always talking about it. Today I had to chance to come with them but I'm not a big fan of coffee, so I tried the green tea and it tasted very good. I'll make sure to tell my friends about it too.
