I was pretty bummed about our experience on Saturday. My carrots weren't cooked at all and chicken tasted so dry. Then our waitress never came back to check on us. Never got any refills on drinks or anything. She was no were to be found which was weird. Was really disappointed as we took some friends that have never been here before. I love Cracker barrels. The food was pretty good, the service was also pretty good. Although they only came back 1 time to see if I wanted more coffee and it took a bit to get the food out. The food is always good here at least for me. It's also very affordable. I paid 12.00 for eggs hash browns chicken fried steak and biscuits and gravy. Wow. Everything I've ordered has been tasty. I absolutely love this place! Right when you walk in the door, it's an experience. The coolest gift shop full of nostalgia, color, sparkle, and fun. The menu is full of wonderful comfort food, I got the catfish with mac n cheese, turnip greens, and hush puppies. Delicious! Our service (Cody) was great! Overall its worth the price. I don't think that the food is anything spectacular but if you want to show up to a place and get exactly what you ordered this is the place! I do enjoy that their pricing seems to be more then fair and that makes up for the really basic food options. The food tastes pretty good, and I dont have any big complaints. Ordered my egg over medium and got runny whites...which is why i order over medium but otherwise everything else tasted and looked pretty good. Good cheap place to stop if you are needing to drive through the area or just want decent hot food for a fair price. The store is also really fun; and probably where they make up money. Lots of fun trinkets and gift type items in there good options for anyone from older to younger. Decent place to go overall! Our group of 5 all ordered breakfast and got out of there with a $60 tab! Not sure the cracker barrel works the same without the hickory wood smoke and maple syrup. I have only eaten at the shops in the south...could we use a different kind of wood here🤔. The food was really good and not too unreasonably priced. Service was good...just not the cracker barrel of the south. It was my husband's and my second experience at Cracker Barrel , the first time at Coeur d'Alene, and we were not disappointed. The food served quickly and at the right temperature , delicious tasting, like homemade food. Our waitress, Brittany, is very friendly and gave us great suggestions. Fair price. There is a very comfortable environment, and all this generates pleasant moments to live there. One of these days, I'll be at a Cracker Barrel when they're open. I had a late dinner in downtown Coeur d'Alene and so I arrived here after they closed. And I was on my way well before they opened. You see, Cracker Barrel is supportive of the RV life. They are perfectly cool with RVer's using their parking lot for free overnight parking and in return, they'd like you to please buy a meal. Unfortunately, I departed at 5:00 am and so I didn't manage to get breakfast this time. I owe you, Cracker Barrel! Service: 5
