The Crab Hut never misses!! Always cooked to perfection and to order. The owner is responsive when you call with questions. Very personable....provides a drive up location for pick-up and pay! The crabs order #1, great size, and heavy I ordered the season on the side. It's a venue where you pull up and get crab, shrimp, etc. I got a dozen #1 males 🦀 for $50 they were very tasty. Best price in town too! 👌 Edit: back on Saturday, June 24, 2023 and nabbed shrimp 🍤, plus another dozen of #1 male 🦀! 😋 😋 😋 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve eaten here for the past two weekends. The #1 jumbo males are my favorite. Last weekend I came as soon as he opened and requested to pick them up 3 hours later. Upon my arrival the owner had them boxed up and ready to go. My family was overjoyed with how fresh and succulent they were. Today was no different when I visited to get my #1 males. Same great customer service and amazing product for the past 20+ years we’ve visited. The Crab Hut is AMAZING. We are visiting from out of town, and looking for somewhere to take out crabs for an at home dinner. We happen to notice a sign and stopped at the Crab Hut. Lucky us. The crabs were fresh and super flavorful. The seasoning is perfect. Service was very very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back, and please give this little place a try. The owner mentioned that he sells out often, so call and order if you want to guarantee you get some! Extra big shout out to Q and the staff at the Crab Hut... I called Q when I was in Alabama and asked if he could please hold an order for me and without hesitation he came through like a champ I flew in from Alabama to Richmond and my crabs and shrimp was ready and he stayed true to his word !!!! Support black owned business and local small biz.... the Crabs and shrimp was awesome my family loved the Mother’s Day meal!!!!!...

We stopped into the Crab Hut based on reviews and it did not disappoint. The owner was awesome to talk to and his seasoning are on point. If you are on looking for fresh blue crab in the Richmond area, look no more. The Crab Hut is highly recommended! First time customer today, and WOW - this is the only place I will ever go to for crabs again. Great price - the crabs were incredibly delicious. Ordering was easy, with great parking options. I've searched for my go-to crab place in Richmond for years. This is it!!!

At the Crab Hut, you buy and take with you. They are cooked on the spot. The crabs are hot and taste great. Like they just came out of the water. They're meaty and sweet. BEST Crabs I've ever eaten. Food: 5 Service: 5

Just tried Crab Hut for the first time tonight. Amazing! Clean, sweet delicious crab. Great prices, and the gentleman that works there is friendly and professional.
