Really enjoyable experience! It was very busy when we got there and we waited about 30 minutes past our reservation but it was well worth it, and the service was wonderful. It made up for the wait time and the staff were all very polite and accommodating. The owner came around several times and made sure we were well taken care of. Everything was great but there was hair in the salad bowl and it was dyed purple-ish so can’t really say it was anyone beforehand because we were among the first customers for the night. My wife and I went here for the 1st time since the change of ownership tonight. To say we were impressed is an understatement!! The service was spectacular and the food was even better! Lots of new items on the cold and hot bar and nothing disappointed! Our server was so friendly and the gauchos were always in sight. $50 a person is a steal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had come a few times when it was cowboys unfortunately my last visit was not a great one from food to service, however tried again tonight after seeing they changed names. I'm very glad I did the service was amazing, the food was fresh and juicy. The manager was also amazing joining in with his staff to help serve. My husband brought me here on Valentines Day. Raul took great care of us. The cold bar was very light and refreshing, and the hot bar was hearty and filling. All of the meat was cooked to perfection, except the garlic filet. The garlic actually took the show away from the steak, but everything else was amazing. We usually go there to celebrate birthdays, but we can add Valentines day to reasons to visit. Oh, and the Flan was out of this world. We had a party of 12, including 2 children ages 6 and 11. We were celebrating my sons 38th bday and he chose here. The servers were fantastic, food was awesome! No one had anything negative to say. While the restaurant had a pleasant ambiance and attentive service, there were noticeable drawbacks to the dining experience. It was evident that some of the dishes were prepared with older ingredients, as the meat seemed past its prime and the food had been sitting for a while due to the lack of customers. Additionally, the rice was not replenished throughout our meal. Consistency in serving fresh food should be maintained regardless of the customer turnout. Our first time back since the new management took over. The meats were fantastic and the service was excellent. If you aren't a big meat eater I'm sure there would be something for you at the salad bar. Will definitely be back. Food was good. Alot of meat varieties. Only issue is 1st time eating here we never had a waiter/waitress. Person that seated us gave us water and we didn't hear a peep after that. No beverage selections, we ran out or water with no refills. Spacing was a bit tight. Not sure what other experiences we missed without a waiter/waitress.
