Four years ago, I rated this location 5 stars. If I could give it a negative star rate, I would. The food was not the same quality four years ago. We were the first persons on the day we visited. Our fries were very cold. Our burger was burnt to the point that the edges could not be eaten. When you looked at the burger, the bacon looked cooked, but when you took the bun off, the bacon was not cooked. Yeah, we are still trying to figure that out. Aleesha was awesome running bar, tables,Takeout, doordash and lord knows what else. She handled our questions and uncertainty with stride. We had like 4 apps and wanted to split a burger cuz we were semi full but I'm Gf. We asked to buy a deperate Gf bun full price and they went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions even tho he was the ONLY cook, he even came out personally. Great beer selection…mostly from Maine. But the burger was the highlight. I love a lot of toppings and there were plenty. Oh and the fries were really good too. Visit this place, you arrive and you can sit wherever you want, I sat at the bar, the attention of the girl at the bar was very good, I ordered a beer which was great, the atmosphere was great, but I ordered a hamburger, the Caribbean is the special one, with pork, according to cole slaw, but really, I have never eaten such a bad burger, the taste of the pork was horrible, I ordered a cole slaw and look at the photo, tell me if that is slaw? Must go! Fresh meat burgers 🍔 I had the Bison the 1st time with the sweet potato tater tots & it was so good that I went back and tried the Wagyu burger. 2nd time around it was just as good! This was my first time here, and I was really surprised with how good the food was. I had the avocado appetizer and the pork Street tacos, both exceeded my expectations. The wait staff were really great too, the wait for drinks and food was a little longer than I expected but, I understand everyone is short staffed right now. The waitress definitely did a wonderful job. I also had their blackberry julep, which I had to send back to have the bartender add more mint, but after she fixed it it was phenomenal! The restaurant itself is a typical bar style set up, with plenty of tables. Overall the atmosphere was nice. My only negative would be the manager/owner who was extremely grumpy when I was there. I was with a large group and he seemed irritated we had such a large party. I heard him talking with several staff about needing empty tables, and not caring about accommodating us....seems to me having tables full would be a goal of a restaurant but maybe he was having an off night. All in all it was a good experience. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area, they even had trivia night while we were there which seemed to get a good crowd. Had an amazing time. Friday night live music was great, i tried the brisket-nator and it was terrific. I've cooked brisket myself before and this was top notch. Great smoky flavor, juicy, tender, perfect. The poutine was about the best I've had outside of Canada. Sweet potato tots were Delicious as well. Overall a great meal, would definitely come back! Food was made according to order specifications. Fries are good. I love a good sour beer, and they had a good one on tap. Live music the night we were there. Public parking lot nearby. A truly scrumptious and customizable experience! I had a BBQ turkey burger and it was completely delicious. The Mac and cheese bites were so tasty and the sweet potato tots were absolutely delectable! Great service too! Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
