I had the Beef Tenderloin which was cooked to perfection. A bit spicy and just fantastic.
I also got the basmati rice with yellow curry which was good but that beef was perfect.
The Side Wipe was fairly strong and very delicious.

We were staying at the Loews and had both to go (Dinner) and in room service (Breakfast) food from Cosmos Restaurant.
We ordered our dinner to go at the bar to bring to our room while staying at the Loews. We both had the Loews burger with fries and cheesecake with fresh berries. I had a mixed green salad and my husband had a cesar salad.
The mixed green salad was absolutely delicious. Zero complaints. The greens were fresh and plenty of vegetables were mixed into the salad. The vinaigrette was excellent.
The cesar salad on the other hand was not. The dressing tasted like it came out of a bottle. Some of the salad had a sad wilt to it and it was just... unappetizing.
Neither of our burgers had the fried egg listed in the description. Husbands medium rare was rare. My medium well was very very well. I'm unsure if anything else was missing besides the fried egg as we just kind of unhappily ate about 1/2 of my burger and set them aside. The fries were similar to what you'd get at any restaurant (Perkins style). I'm not sure why the prices are what they are.
The cheesecake was excellent. The berries were fresh and the whip cream was definitely handmade and absolutely divine. Well worth it.
All in all disappointing meal and we went to bed hungry.
Due to the good reviews for breakfast on here we decided to give that a shot to see if the restaurant had any good qualities. We ordered in room service. I forgot to take photos of breakfast unfortunately, sorry! I had eggs, toast and fresh fruit. My husband had French toast. We also had a pot of coffee.
The breakfast was excellent. Keep in mind we were extra hungry due to not getting much to eat the night before. It wasn't worth the cost but we may have ordered the wrong items.
We tried but this restaurant seems to be priced near fine dining with food near Perkins level. I suggest going elsewhere.

I've been here twice, both times around Valentine's day. I really like the look of the restaurant, I think it's modern. I made reservations both times on OpenTable, so we didn't have a wait. I like the food here, I think the flavors are bold and the dishes look great. The service we had was very attentive and friendly. You can order off the menu or do a set menu. I've experienced both ordering of the menu and a set, and I enjoyed both. If you do the set menu, I think it'll be over 100$ for two people, but if you order off the menu, I think you can have a very good meal for under 100$. We didn't know this beforehand, but there is free valet parking. The restroom is very clean and probably one of the nicest I've been to.
It is far beyond of what you expect from Hotel’s restaurant. We were so happy not to go looking to dine in the city!
Ribs and half chicken is what we had. Both great.
Ah, and unexpected scrambled eggs burrito for breakfast …
