My girlfriend and I went out for date night tonight. We picked this place off Google maps because it was close and had good reviews. So glad we came. Food: I highly recommend the lobster ravioli. Sauce was delicious! Calamari was good, but fried a bit harder than I prefer. Shrimp Parmigiano was too saucy and we did not care much for it. My girlfriend sent it back and opted for a slice of pepperoni pizza. That was better. Atmosphere: The ambiance is nice, casual, and comfortable. Service: Anna was amazing, professional, and friendly! She was super attentive and we wish her the best as she leaves for college! So glad we got to meet her!! Elizabeth was also a joy when she had to come to the table. Ordered the carbonara, and it was unfortunately awful. Carbonara should be creamy and silky, this was poorly cooked, with flecks of scrambled egg throughout. The staff was wonderful in accomadating our large family of 8 celebrating birthdays! We had gluten free and vegan dietary needs and they were able to serve us all. Although they need to add gluten free pasta and pizza crust as options for the future. Our server was excellent and friendly. The food was great! I would add more garlic and spices to the marinara. Love this place the staff is awesome, food is fantastic. I've been Working at Wake Forest University and this has been a great option for lunch. They have several lunch specials that rival any fast food place and the food us better. You can call an order in. Cash or card. My family loves this place. The New York Style dough is perfectly chewy with a crunchy exterior, the marinara and sauces are tasty, and they're generous with the toppings. I like the Sicilian style pizzas, too. The pasta is always perfectly cooked. The prices are comparable to what you'd pay for generic pizzas from a chain. The staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs, which is unusual these days. I'm really glad to have Coppola's near where I live in Winston. I try to give restaurants benefit at the end of the day but the Customer service I received after placing a order online left a lot to be desired I ordered a cheesesteak The works which should come with everything plus onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce did not I asked for an extra mail and lettuce and received the sandwich with only mayo and lettuce when I called The individual that I spoke with made it seem like it was no big deal which I can see that being the case for him. But for me I was expecting what I ordered and didn't get it. I hadn’t been here in over 10 years because it’s on the other side of town from my house, but I was pleasantly surprised that the food tasted exactly as I remember it, delicious. Our waiter was on top of things and always ahead of our needs. I will definitely not wait another 10 years to come back!

Fried Calamari, fried zucchini, and garlic bread were delicious and amazing. Waiting for spinach calzone and Alfredo fettuccine. They are also great. Delicious!!! This place is very clean and friendly staff. I liked this place.
