My partner and I enjoyed our visits to Cooz Jazz Bar at Grand Hyatt hotel Dubai. The atmosphere was good and the live entertainment was excellent. Camila served me a great cocktail and provided a pleasant customer service throughout the evening. Highly recommended.

It's a quite an peaceful bar with jazz music. Courteous staff. Though the bar menu is not vast but the food is good and they have amazing cocktails

Very disappointed in this bar, they don’t allow guests with shorts. I do understand they don’t allow beachwear, but this is ridiculous. As a globalist I’ve stayed in Hyatt hotels all over te world including in Dubai and this is a first one. Staff has an attitude. I will not come back here.

it was my preferred place, almost the unique place where you can have nice drink and smoke a cigar while listening to live singer and live piano play. but unfortunately the quality of singers are not as good as before, too much turnover of staff, very sad atmosphere.. I hope the management will do something to bring back to this place it's past wonderful reputation I use to go there every Thursday and Friday but now I go once every 3 months and more and more I m disappointed..

Had a great time at this low-key jazz bar. The in-house band (the very talented Alexandra and Alejandro) were such fun and so entertaining. Polite and attentive servers rounded off the whole vibe.
