I recently visited this incredible cookie place, and I was blown away by the exceptional experience it provided. The cookies were soft and simply divine, melting in my mouth with each bite. The service was beyond compare, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Additionally, the inclusion of real fruit smoothies with natural flavors was a delightful surprise. From start to finish, this cookie place exceeded all expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend it for an unforgettable cookie indulgence accompanied by unparalleled service.
Cookies are definitely not freshly baked everyday as advertised. I got stale red velvet and white chocolate macadamia cookie. Luckily she was nice enough to switch them out for me but even she realized the red velvets were all pretty stale so we switched completely to m&m instead. I like the great American cookies at town east better.🥴
This best chocolate chip cookie I ever tasted and this caramel frappe was the best I ever tried I might even come back to the store for another chocolate chip or frappe, so I get this review a five star and the man that serve me the cookies and frappe was the best and kind person I ever known . I never introduce myself my name is Michael you’re fellow buyer.

I recently purchased a small cup of ice cream with one scoop, priced at $3.99. However, I was charged $5.07 for a small portion of peanuts. Additionally, the ice cream melted quickly due to a malfunctioning fridge. Furthermore, I found the service to be lacking in friendliness and customer engagement. I regret to say that I will not be returning to this establishment and cannot recommend it.
The ice cream was over-priced and too sweet. Also melted pretty much right away. The employee (my guess is he’s the owner) looked annoyed we were in there with children. I do not recommend.
Same owner, still great service and great people. This review will mostly be about the cookies.
** This use to be the Nestle Toll House cafe. This was rebranded to Great American Cookie.** Was kind of of sad because I'm team Nestle. Came here on a Saturday. Bought their cookies to eat-in, but my husband notice it's not the full cookie menu. I'm not certain when the store rebranded, maybe still new and not the whole menu served? We got half dozen, but didn't finish the cookies. It was kind hard and it's not as flavorful as Nestle Toll House cookies. They also no longer make the mini cookies anymore since it's Nestle. That's my reason for the visit and a cup of coffee. My toddler was sad the mini cookies were no more and he's not a fan of great american cookies.
They still have coffee but I believe the panini and pizza are no more.
Not a fan of Great American Cookies cookies, so a bit sad that is got rebranded. So, we won't make our usual stop here anymore. :(
My favorite place for gourmet cookies! Great American Cookies truly sets the standards for cookies with their flavorful treats, enthusiastic staff, and homely ambiance. I can never get enough of their red velvet cookies and brownies--would definitely recommend!
