We ordered on 1800 flowers. Com website and got a delivery from this company. Valentine’s Day is ruined!!! They need to stick to making cookies. This company delivered to me 1 hr away but there is a real edible arrangements store 30 mins away. I knew as soon as I seen all the green kale showing that this was a knockoff.

My friend from Florida sent me an edible arrangement with a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries. It was suppose to come on October 6th. I finally received received it on the 9th. Most of the arrangement was not edible and the strawberries were already shriveling up inside the chocolate. I can't believe a company would deliver something like this to anyone.

I was surprising my daughter by having cookies delivered to her work. I did not realize that since COVID, her work does not allow these type of deliveries. The Schaumburg people, took it upon themselves to deliver the cookies to her home after work without even telling me. What great service and special attention! My daughter’s birthday was extra special!

Cookies by Design made custom cookies for me. They were amazing! Just like the picture I provided. Their customer service was great too. I thought the cookies were small (3") for the price paid per cookie. But all in all 5 Stars!

Excellent service! I ordered this around 3am on my brother’s birthday and they made it there 1pm the same day! I received an email confirmation and a text update about the delivery. Would order from them again and I was told the cookies tasted great!
