I put in an order the day because I was really craving an m&m cookie, came out of it happier than I went in, and not just because of the cookies! Best service I've ever had and all because of the worker Ash! He packed my order and I have never had a stranger do so amazingly and ethically. He deserves a promotion and then some! They best cookies + they are only $1 which is insane, the best part is the money goes back into the North side community to support the youth.
Got the tour and saw the pallets of only top brand ingredients which makes for amazing tasting cookies. They sell only fresh cookies. Any left at the end of the day are frozen and given to non profits. NEVER selling day old cookies...like they could even taste bad at a day old. Cookie Cart trains neighborhood high school kids to work as a team, how to lead, how to work with the money they earn (yes, paid to work and to take classes/learn). I stop in usually at the Mpls. kitchen, but also at St. Paul when I am in town. Also do mail order on line to share with friends. Prices are less than at the major cookie competitors but more than big box stores......but what do the others do with their proceeds? We all make choices, and Cookie Cart invests in high school kids and in their neighborhood. I choose to support Cookie Cart's priorities. Love ya. Glad you do what you do! Pat
Cookie Cart is amazing! Not only do they have a wonderful story and mission, but the cookies are delicious and customer service outstanding. They donated cookies for the Ann Bancroft Foundation annual fundraising event, and we couldn't be more appreciative! Pick-up was easy and the product is delightful!

Incredible customer service and wonderful cookies! Ordered 17 dozen for an event and the staff was accommodating and the cookies flew off the tray; everyone loved them! This is a top notch bakery that is also a great cause. Highly recommend.

This is not your typical yuppie pop up hipster bakery. This place has been around for years. And they are by far the best cookies in town. And this place is basically a cooking school for kids. So people who complain about customer service are impatient snobs with no knowledge of the mission behind the cookie cart. This is not just a bakery it's also a life learning center and a safe spot for teenagers. If the cashier was 35yrs old and rude then give them 1 star rating. But if the cashier here is 14 and learning life skills and her first job... give her some grace and patience.
Cookie Cart is a gem! Not only are the cookies AMAZING (seriously - walking in you are overcome with an intoxicating scent that will not let you leave without a dozen cookies, minimum!), this is a place where enthusiastic and awesome youth are empowered and employed. This is the spot where you should buy all of your cookies!
Kind of sad about them going nut-free because their peanut butter cookies were my favorite! But I understand why, they're very considerate to those with allergies. And the rest of their flavors are delicious anyways!

Went in to buy a couple dozen of cookies because of referral from a friend. There was nobody in the front to help with my purchase. Waited around for over 10mins and a lady( Who I'm assumimg works there) was touring a group of kids around seen us but did not even bother to said a word or call for help. After standing for over 10mins and not spoting an employee in sight I left the place. Poor service for $10 per dozen of cookies. No thank you I'll past!
