We were pleased with the Cookies and the service was good. I personally was not blown away by the cookies, but they were not bad.

These cookies are amazing!! They are so soft, delicious and afordable! Connie's Cookies have been my go to for birthday treats, baby showers, etc. Can't go wrong with these delicious sweets!

Overall, I gave three stars because it was a three star experience.
The good:
I was charged correctly, no billing issues. I didn't have to wait in any line. The cookies were okay.
The less than 5 stars:
The staff was not over the top excited to see me. When I go into a place that bears the owners name I anticipate a higher level of service, this just wasn't the case.
The product availability seems to have been limited to what was simply on the counter top, at least that's what I understand.
The cookies run $2.50-2.75, and while some of the frosted ones appear appetizing, they generally are lacking that pop. They just don't have a wonderful cookie flavor in my opinion.
Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it certainly wasn't one I would probably try again.

This place has something super special about it. It's more than just the cookies. The owners truly introduce that special and secret ingredient to the entire process. Connie's Cookies are something that is often talked about and is at every special occasion at our home. When we moved to Denver, we haven't found anything like these. So Connie's have become even more of a delicacy that we go out of our way to get whenever we visit the KC area. Nice job and keep up with the top shelf quality!

Connie’s Cookies went above and beyond to help me after my son dropped our cookie cake moments after walking through our door after pick up. I called and asked for their help, and they made it beautiful again. Thank you for your kindness and great service! We’ll be back!

I am not a lover of sugar- cookies EXCEPT for Connie’s since they are soooo soft with delicious icing. They just did adorable cookies for a baby shower that I hosted! Awesome colors and cut out shapes. Thanks so much!

I like this place. It has a great variety of cookies at the counter that are always fresh and already packaged to go. Always fast and courtesy service.
