I paid almost $10 for an ice cream and they only filled the bowl a little over half way. I watched several other people in front of me get ice cream that was scooped well over the top of the bowl, and all their pictures on their menu show that, but they barely filled the bowl halfway on mine. I got a large ice cream and the actual amount in there would have been just enough to fill a small bowl. Extremely frustrating, and considering the ice cream literally cost just shy of $10 after tax I felt very ripped off. I definitely won't be coming back. Also, when I got to the store there were only about 5 people in line but I still waited well over 15 minutes, during which I saw all 4 employees stand around talking while the line grew longer and longer; by the time I got to the front the line was out the door. Lovely place for ice cream the have a lot of variety of flavours, you can pick to be serve in a waffle, cone or cup, you can add different toppings. They do as well ice cream cakes they look delicious. The portions of the ice creams are small, medium or large. Prices are middle range. The service was nice and polite, they have few tables to seat indoors. You are required a mask to enter to the store.
Very inviting ice cream shop. Open for eating inside. 😋

Wonderful store, fantastic customer service. Under great management! Really had a lovely experience, the staff handled everything perfectly with my order. I ordered a custom birthday cake online via their website and it was put together with great skill and tasted out of this world! I will make this my go-to store in Boulder for ordering cakes! Thank you guys again. A+++

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this coldstone location. I ordered a custom ice cream cake earlier this week for my husband’s birthday. Though the cake is decent, not great, it is not what I ordered. The ice cream layers are not the flavor I ordered (I ordered cake batter and it is clearly sweet cream, and the 2 mixins I ordered for the ice cream were not included. Also the fudge layer is nonexistent.) I was so disappointed when we had the cake this evening. When paying $50 for an ice cream cake, I at least expected it to be the correct specifications. Also my experience picking up my cake was less than ideal. When I arrived, the open sign was lit but the entrance was locked. I stood there knocking on the door and windows for at least 5-10 minutes with no one in sight to unlock the door. I went back to my car to get my phone to call, and the employee answered and said he accidentally had it locked. I go back to get the cake and the employee was nice enough but not wearing a mask. I had been debating between ordering from this location and a different location, and had decided on this one because of a recent good review. I was very disappointed and decided to share my experience and really wish I had gone with the other location option.
Outstanding ice cream, outstanding service! I was lucky enough to come in on a night that the owners were working. They are a sweet young couple with a new baby. What a lovely pair! My favorite creation is “cookie dough’nt you want some”. I highly suggest it. This is my favorite ice cream in Boulder and the friendliest Coldstone I’ve come across!

I love this little Cold Stone store. The staff is always friendly. Great place to stop by with the kids- they love the cotton candy ice cream here. The new front patio makes it comfortable to hang out for a while too.
We stopped in here late at night when visiting town. The girls were friendly even though it was near closing. Tried one of their mix-ins. It was okay, the cookie crumbles could have been a little fresher. Overall the dish was rather cloyingly sweet. Ended up throwing about half of it away. It may have just been what I had, not sure. The ice cream was very soft so it was liquidy almost immediately, maybe it was just a fluke, I'd probably try it one last time.
