Walked into cold stone. He was finishing up with a customer. No one else there very slow. He said to us I be right with you. He went into the back, we waited and waited and waited. We were tired of waiting do we left. We called the owners listed. He did call us back. Stayed ok sorry about that. Mr owner!!! what a professional owner should have said was I am sorry about your bad experience with us. If you are still in the area go back to my store I will make sure he waits on you. And the ice cream is on me. Again sorry for your bad experience. So we went to your competition instead. This has happened a couple of times but we gave you another chances Guess you don't need our business anymore. Service: 1

Not too impressed. Ordered Cake batter ice cream and it tasted like cheese cake ice cream. I questioned the associate and she assured me I got the right ice cream. Paid $18 for 2 people.
