By Far the best Ice Cream we’ve had for a chain. My husband & I are always door dashing Cold Stone! 😂 We’ve never been personally into the store but the crew has been awesome always giving us the best quality ice cream. Birthday Cake Remix is my go to and this location always gets it right! Staff is friendly and welcoming and quick. I’ve ordered pickup from this location also and it was ready on time and properly stored in a freezer until pickup!

Disappointed in my experience on 1/3. I ordered an Everybody's size and it wasn't even full. I also ordered a gotta have it size and was charged a $1 more then the price advertised on the overhead in the store.

Girl responds with hostility, passive-aggressiveness, and clique-like behavior in response to me viewing negatively about ice cream and its own impact on people's health. My mom's mom died of sugar (simple carbs), my father has heart attacks, and I'm starting to have a heart problem of my own right now, and I've had to get cavities done recently. If I feel a sense of dread and distain for one's own job duties (as it pertains to the impact on other people's direct health), I want to be at least respected for where I am coming from, and who I am as a person. That was totally not this place.

Ordered online for delivery. One was a smaller size than ordered, no utensils, a peep was thrown into the bag and the larger ice cream was crushed with a bunch of lids. The smaller one was leaking and crammed full. Never ordering again. Go to Dairy Queen if you’re reading this. Trust me.

Very friendly staff and very tasty ice cream! Highly recommend! It is the perfect way to cool down on hot summer days. I would recommend the cheesecake fantasy, add caramel, pecans and cookie dough... you can thank me later!
