The workers were not wearing any gloves and handling ice cream after touching their hairs. NOT TO MENTION THAT WE FOUND HAIR IN OUR ICE CREAM. They did remake it for us but no apology was given or a refund. They looked at us as if they were annoyed. This is totally unsanitary. I have come here before but never have I’ve experienced this.

Cold Stone and a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in one location! The ice cream was delicious! You can get any of the ice cream blended into a shake too! Prepare to get your sweet tooth on! There's plenty of seating and they have highchairs. The service was great and they move pretty quick. There are restrooms too. All in all a great ice cream shop!

Normally a great experience, today was the complete opposite . Had to ask for my order to be taken, had to ask for whipped cream on a shake (never asked), and when checking out also had to ask to input my rewards #. Not to mention the shake was awful, no measurements just eyeballing it, 90% milk and a sad attempt at whip cream. Seemed intentional. If I notice the same girl working, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere lol.

Horrible service. Employees do not look like they want to be there. No greeting, no smiles, no customer service period. Orders were prepared messy. Very disappointed. Informed the person who said she was the MOD and she had nothing to say, not even an apology. They need training.

Cold Stone is by far THE BEST ice cream I have ever had in my life, and I’ve had a lot of ice cream. I always get their most plain flavor, sweet cream, which lets me taste the essence of their ice cream in its purest form. It’s hands down the most refreshing and creamy ice cream anywhere in all of Portland, and I stand firmly by that bold statement.

Over $14 for two is a bit much to try to enjoy a moment with your child is far in between. Yes, is nice to add fresh fruit and etc per order but it also melts faster too.

Haven’t been in Years!!! Fave spot back in the day. That said. This spot is hiding in a dark corner. The once nostalgic interaction is missing. As I walk in to get the basic sweet cream and chocolate “kids cone”. My impression was met with a complicated interaction by the girl with the blond hair. I just want a small cone can you mix that simple order. NOPE she said very sternly I need to order…blah blah blah blah… to get the kids cone. I lost interest immediately. The yogurt spot down the side walk. SELF SERVE!!! Bye!!!!!
