2/19/2022 5:30pm. Four of us each tried different flavors. Was our first visit. First off the ice cream tasted great, really good flavors and very tasty. Better than other places we have been to. There were about 6 people in front of us. More came in as we waited so they were busy. Only 2 employees working. Observing how things were going in front of us it was apparent that the employees were less than enthused to be there. Our turn came. Let's just say there was no smiles and a careless attitude. I/we tried to be friendly . Had a couple questions and it obviously was an inconvenience that we were there. I feel sure they were ready to be anywhere but working. But that's your job. We are the type that will be understanding with things but a least try to make the best of it and treat customers nicer. Will be awhile till we return simply because of the service.

I stopped in here a couple of days ago with my boyfriend, and his cousins, as a treat for them in the heat. We received excellent service from 2 young girls, as well as delicious ice cream, that we all enjoyed. Keep up the great work, we will be back.

Went to this location on a busy Saturday afternoon. There was a manager and another staff working at this time. Although they were busy, both team members worked diligently to complete orders quickly and accurately. They were both super friendly and made what could’ve been an unpleasant environment into a great experience. Will definitely go back! Great experience. Impressed with how well the staff worked under such hectic circumstances.

The icecream is delicious but I waited for a very long time in line with only 2 people out serving. On a Saturday. Anybody who has or does work in the food industry knows you need more than 2 people on a Saturday. The workers were very nice and apologized but the line just kept getting bigger with the same amount of workers. I don't know if they are just understaffed or if this is a problem with management but something needs to change.

Came in tonight and it took 50 mins to get our ice cream. But that's not what irritated me. It was the fact that the 2 people behind the counter weren't even PRETENDING to work while there was a line out of the door consistently. A girl with purplish hair was standing around, not helping, not making ice cream OR checking out at the register. She just stood there talking to her coworker (who was doing a horrendous job and working as slow as a snail on sleeping pills but at least she was doing something), and complaining loudly that she wanted to go home. HR can you please tell your employees PRETEND to look like they're doing their jobs.

Love the ice cream, but seeming too busy for their staffing. Waited 10 minutes behind 8 - 9 customers and they had only moved 3 - 4 through. 1 young lady making ice cream and register, 1 young man appeared to be doing to go orders, and manager/owner popped out and smiled at people,, grabbed something, and went to back, but did not help line. I left after waiting too long. Sorry - maybe next time.
