Very nice and very clean location. I never knew that Cold Stone had a variety of different things up front. Like covered apples, candies of different kinds, chocolate covered pretzels and more! Very impressive! Very good people here. Job well done. Hope they keep it up.

So good!! This location just opened - we came for this first time this weekend. The place is new - so it looks amazing. The staff did a great job - and they were quick! They got our orders right the first time. There is plenty of parking outside, with some outdoor seating available as well. Excited for this addition to the community! We will be back!

The employee that was working at 4pm on a Sunday was very unfriendly. After completing mine and my young sons order which was just small vanilla cups, she reached out and purposefully dropped the ice cream from several inches on top of the counter rather than just placing them on the counter. I have never felt more unwelcome in a restaurant establishment in my life. Hence why I’m taking time to write this. The men’s restroom was also extremely dirty and looked to have not been cleaned in a long time. The large trash can was over flowing with trash and there were paper towels all over the bathroom floor. Looking at the other reviews on this location I really hope something is done. We will not be coming back.

Brand new location! This place was extremely clean. Displays all full and very well organized. Staff was friendly, as well as very helpful. It's hard to go wrong with coldstone. But with the level of quality it will definitely bring me back in. They also sing when you tip.

We showed up 15 minutes before they closed and they acted like we showed up 1 minute before they closed. The girl rolled her eyes at us when we ordered ice cream that takes 20 seconds to scoop and mix. Gf ordered vanilla ice cream with oreo and Twix. There was literally Twix in front of us and she said we ran out because she didn’t want to open a new one. Gf asks for Reese’s and Oreo in vanilla ice cream and she proceeds to scoop oreo ice cream instead of vanilla, and only puts Reese’s in it. Gf says no, vanilla ice cream with oreo and Reese’s. She rolls her eyes and just walks to the back to get Oreos. Walks out 3 minutes later. She mixes my ice cream with Reese’s and mixes it only 3 times and chucks it into a bowl. From the pic, you can tell it wasn’t mixed. She was so ridiculous. Go to another cold stone. Look at the amount of 1 star reviews at this location. Don’t waste your energy.

Why is the customer service so bad. 1 it takes so long to scoop the ice cream and put it in a cone I was there for like 10 minutes because everyone was slacking. 2 The manager is so mean I don't remember her name but it started with a L. Workers there are very disrespectful to fellow workers and customers. Stay very far way we need this place under better management or even better closed.
