Update: Michael from Cold Stone management reached out to me to apologize for what happened and made things right. I really appreciate Michael’s response to the situation I just wish the actual face of Cold Stone (ie the employees in the store that interact with customers on a daily basis) practiced better customer service.
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this location. I ordered a custom petite ice cream cake for my birthday over the phone on July 6th because there was no place to order it online. I scheduled it for a 6:30p pick up today and when I showed up the employees were completely lost and couldn’t find the order. I then waited 20min for them to scramble to finish it. Robert who I think was the manager never even apologized for what happened and didn’t seem to give a care either. The cake I received is a complete joke! It’s barely the size of the palm of my hand. It has maybe the amount of ice cream in a “like it”size cup with a stale looking piece of cake on the bottom and I paid $20 for it! Cold Stone you should be completely embarrassed that you even sell this joke of a cake!
I have not had Coldstone since 2008 and the ice cream still tastes amazing. I drove 25 minutes to visit this location (it's the closest to me) and it was worth it for the nostalgia. I purchased the Strawberry Blonde and it took me back to the first time I had it. I'm definitely glad I took the trip. I'm also glad that the employee was nice and wearing a mask. It's nice to go to a business that still has covid safe practices.
My husband wanted ice cream so we stopped here, and it was a good choice! The ice cream and the toppings were very good. Casandra made our ice cream. She wasn't rude but she wasn't friendly either. She should try smiling a little more....it will take her a long way and may help her day go by faster.
The ice cream was great. The staff, not so much. We asked for a mainstay off the menu and she looked at us like we were from Mars. Then when she figured it out she asked a co-worker how to make it. New? Maybe. But it didn’t seem like it. The other staff was meh. No waffle bowls? Seriously?
1 star is also not justified for the kind of service this place has. I have been to other locations of cold stones and have never gotten such treatment. Whoever the lady was on shift on 19th dec 2023 @8:30pm was extremely rude. I had couple of toppings added to my icecream which were not even placed in my icecream tub. She just let it go to waste even when I have paid for it. She even had audacity to throw my icecream on the counter as soon as she was done. I also exclaimed wow to that to which she did not even apologize. I am sorry but whoever is the incharge of this place need to look for the quality of customer service. Extremely disappointed that I have to boycott the nearest cold stones shop to my house. Do better lady!! It is embarrassing for cold stones to hire such staff.

Today was the first day that I had Cold Stone in almost two years and I was not disappointed AT ALL!! Itzeel was such a sweetheart and her customer service skills were impeccable. She made my Founders Favorite exactly how I asked and it was amazing. This location was amazing and she really made my drive and overall experience worthwhile.
SERVICE IS SOOOOOOO BAD!!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!!! Saturday, May, 29, 2021, at 5:40PM, my husband and I walked in to this establishment. Two young women were helping customers ahead of us. When they were done, my husband and I were totally ignored. The two young ladies started pretending we were not standing there and were talking among themselves. I finally said, “So I guess I have to ASK you to help us?” One blonde young lady then responded and the brunette young lady continued to ignore us and began laughing with another young guy who was an employee as well. I WISH I would have read the reviews BEFORE we walked in about this place. OBVIOUSLY management doesn’t care because the service is still bad. Although the young blonde employee tried to help, we decided not to spend our money here.
Great ice cream shop! Very clean. Polite employees. Indoor seating is closed due to COVID-19, but there is outdoor seating a few yards away. My granddaughter's favorite is vanilla w/vanilla cake mixed in. Your 1st mix-in is free & they have a reward program.
Exceptional customer service each time I visit! Hope that never changes! Coffee and Oreos is the best combo yet, and love the consistency of the ice cream! So happy this location opened up since it is one of my favorite ice cream parlor!
Please don't ever close down, I love Cold Stone ice cream too much! You guys complete me!
It’s interesting that only one person is wearing gloves and several aren’t wearing their masks over their noses. I watched as the kid scooping the ice cream used his bare fingers to push ice cream into the scoop he also wiped his hands on his pants a few seconds later. Is this a health code violation? Not sure, but I wouldn’t want to be the owner and risk a failed inspection hint
