Place is cramped and dirty. Glass cases are full of trash and hats. Staff are all wearing headphones. No AC and with all the chillers running it’s 10 degrees hotter and there are no windows. No tables outside. Check out is on a cracked screen iPad and the apple pay wasn’t working. Ice cream tasted fine.

I would reccomend no one eat here until they clean this operation up. Too many gnats flying around. An opened box of chocolate cake just left sitting with gnats flying on top of them. Open apple pie filling can on the counter. Open peanut butter container sitting on the counter. Asked for strawberries pulled the whole case from the freezer scooped a few with a "like it" size cup and threw the cup back in the box on the counter. None of the employees wearing hats or hairnets. Only one employee wearing gloves and it was not the one working on my order. Employee washed hands after he started my order then picked up the same dirty tools to continue. Had to leave.

I am a long-time customer of Cold Stone, so was happy to have one close. Though Cold Stone ice cream is always delicious, I’ve had issues with every order I’ve placed with this store. My latest order appears to be less ice cream than I ordered, and it had an incorrect mix in. Costing over $20 for one item (photo below), I expect to receive what I ordered. The owner is very nice and personable, so it pains me to write this, but better attention to detail would go a long way. It would also be more of a positive experience if the store expressed a willingness to make things right for the customer when issues arise.

My experience was quite different from the reviews I’m seeing, so they must be under new management or they’re turning things around for the better. My experience was with friendly staff, the place was clean and smelled like waffles; and the ice cream was great. I’m new to the area so I’ll be back to see if I just went on a good day or if things have really changed. I’ll keep you posted.

The worst ice cream place ever! They don’t have waffle cones but have them on all pictures . It took 15 minutes for the guy to give me two scones in a cup without any mix in . He said it’s too late to sprinkle it with some sparkles because he already finished it . When I told them it would be easier just to put the scone in the cup instead of table , they told me “Have a good day”! It is slowest and rudest service ever . 3 people and only one making ice cream. And then you get it in 30 minutes ( shake and 2 cups of ice cream ) your kids will be super bored to wait for it and it looks just like mess.

I’m huge on Cold Stone, no matter where I travel I’m looking for the nearest one; distance isn’t a problem. I live on the north side of Chicago and this is the closest one to me, so I frequent this location and I love it. Lemon Sorbet, Strawberry, Coffee and now the fall flavor Caramel Apple are my favs.

The 5 times I have been to this location has been an awesome experience. Good Customer Service, timely attention and delivery of orders. Above all, all the flavors I have tasted were great! I would recommend Cold Stone to all my family and friends as a result of the warm reception I always receive at this location. Kudos to the Management 👌

I had the birthday cakre remix. Medium size. The woman was kind. The flavor was okey just not good enough for tourists. I mean to sweets and to big portions. Medium size im the us would be the XXL size in europe. Remember that when you buy any kind of things to eat/drink.

They were the ONLY Coldstone to make my Mother a 'Celebration of Life' cake after she beat breast cancer in the exact design I wanted, so I had to come back and say thank you! Everyone was amazed by the cake and they had it ready within 24hours! This Coldstone was clean, had amazing customer service and quick service! I always support black-owned businesses and when I came back in to get a scoop of my favorite ice cream, I luckily got upgraded a size. They're open, wear masks and are still keeping it clean through this COVID pandemic so I recommend a visit if you're ever in the area. Thanks for my sweet treat!
