Good coffee, a little bit pricey for what it is, but it's also in a touristy area so that's not unexpected. I enjoyed their caramel macchiatto on a chilly morning out in town. If you want a quick coffee with a little extra pizazz down in Gatlinburg, this is your place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Frapp is over frozen you can’t even drink it. It’s just thick Ice.. not to mention it was more expensive than Starbucks lol. The person who gave it to be just set it in front of me and walked off… it was dripping all over the place. Definitely not returning. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 2
