I might be generous with the rating
It was 8-9 pm or something, and it just seemed like the staff was 'trying' not to deceive the customer by listening to them and not look like they wanted to go home. I was trying to act nice and smiling but it didn't do much.
The food was alright, too cheesy in my opinion, not enough meat for a quesadilla. It took too long as well for an order that was very a simple and there wasn't many people as well, maybe like 3 or 4 ?
All of this for $11 ? Yeah I don't think I'm coming back again ...
Yall obsessed on doing it fast and don’t even make the quesadillas properly, you guys giving raw quesadillas, you are supposed to let the cheese melt, also you guys don’t know how to organize, yall giving wrong orders to other people, is the second time I order a chicken quesadilla and there is not chicken in it, bc chicken dont produce cheese or flour for the tortillas, so Im guessing its supposed to have chicken in it right?, the burritos are the only good thing about the place.

This was one of my favorite eat spots on campus whether it was a Vegetarian Burro or the grilled chicken or the savory Barbacoa... the only down side was the rice often had Crunchy prices here and there

Food is sometimes decent I guess, if it's the only option. Don't bother ordering on Starship, especially if you have food allergies. They won't get your order right. If literally any other campus dining location is open, that's a better choice than Cobrizo. Even the Hot Spot.
I have been here 4 times total in the 3 years I’ve attended NAU. The first time, I had little issue, but the food was pretty greasy and the staff seemed to not have the highest standards of cleanliness, nor did they seem to understand dietary restrictions. The last three times, I’ve gotten a scorcho quesadilla and a burrito. No issue with the burrito, but the scorcho always takes an incredible amount of time as I feel the burrito readily getting cold. On top of that, the scorcho I order first is either ignored or given to someone else, usually a starship, and I end up having to order again at the register. This last time, I specifically ordered with light cheese, watched my quesadilla with light cheese get placed on the grill, completed, and put in a starship. I was then given a regular one with full cheese. The unclean nature and the failure to follow simple instruction has brought me to the conclusion to never utilize this restaurant for the remainder of my time at NAU. Continual, incessant disappointment. Students that say Cobrizo is better than Qdoba should be institutionalized.
Everytime I've gone here it has been disappointing. The food is decent, but is iffy sometimes - I found a bone in my burrito once. But the real reason for the bad review ks that the staff are very rude, except a select few, and give a lot of attitude.
Rude staff. Put beans when I didn’t want them and took a long time to make my food. Was rude when I tried to pay and told me to get a different card. Won’t be going there again and I wouldn’t suggest eating there if you actually want good service or good food. If I could put less than one star I would.
is it possible to give 0 stars? Took forever to get food and the food wasn’t even worth it. Tacos were quite literally falling apart and were very cold. The guy with long black hair was throwing food and we even watched him through a taco on the floor. This place should be torn down and no one should go here
Worst service ever! The female cashier with red and brown hair was giving my friend and I a hard time while she was taking our order. She gave us attitude when we were confused about how the payment system worked. If I could give this a zero ratings, I would. We will not be returning to this establishment.
