Just stopped by to see inside and have a beer. Small but effective. They do have a good size outdoor patio. Service was good and the beer was cold. Salsa and chips were good all though the salsa was cold. I like it warm. Service: 5
Cisco’s Was Good for Lunch The two of us ate a late lunch here on a Wednesday afternoon. The normal lunch crowd had died down, so there was plenty of seating. We were served by a friendly and talkative wait staff member. We ordered the lunch fajitas and the lunch enchiladas. Both came out quickly and were very tasty. The prices were nice and the overall atmosphere was very good. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Went here on a afternoon and sat outside. I love the vibe it gives being off the main street of tomball. The food was great! Didn't try the margaritas but everyone had one and seemed to enjoy them as well. Will definately be back to try again Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We recently discovered this little gem in tomball main street. The service was great and food was amazing. We went there for brunch ans ordered chilaquiles and french toast, and they both were delicious. I cannot wait to go back and try some of their other dishes. The service was great! The food was excellent. We had the Chicken Enchiladas Suizas, and the Shrimp Enchiladas paired with black beans, Charo beans, rice and street corn (Elos) - nothing bad in the lot! We also got questions with our chips, both that and the sausage were very tasty! Portions on the food and drinks were generous! The reason I gave it two stars is because they had decent tasting salsa. Service was very slow and dreadful. They sat us outside by the dirt lot and the wind blew dust and debris into our food. Our guacamole never arrived. Chips and drinks were not refilled despite us asking for refills. Food did not have much of a taste, very under seasoned. Our order of 1/2 lb shrimp fajitas was $26.95 and came with 8 small shrimp and only one side of either rice or beans. They can’t even give you both rice AND beans. Just rice or beans. What a rip off. We decided to head over to downtown Tomball for dinner tonight. It’s been awhile since we’ve had good Tex Mex, so we went to Cisco’s Salsa Co. It looked very crowded as we noticed a lot of people dining and standing around the outdoor patio. But once we were inside at the hostess stand, wee were seated immediately at a booth. The large number of people and festive and festive atmosphere didn’t slow down the service one hit. Our drinks were served promptly. The frozen margarita was outstanding. The chips and salsa were fresh and very tasty. For dinner, I had the Seafood Enchiladas, which consists of 2 fresh hand rolled tortillas topped grilled shrimp, lobster, & fish, topped with creamy tomatillo sauce, jack cheese, pico, sour cream, & cotija cheese, at a cost of $19.95. Absolutely the best enchiladas I’ve had in a very long time. The sides of black beans and rice was also good. Overall, I find Cisco Salsa Co. to be an excellent choice for TexMex for its fresh tasty food, atmosphere, and excellent service. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Food and atmosphere was great. The servers wore their masks and the overall hygiene was very good. Our server was quick and efficient and very courteous. The food was quite good. The portions are small however. We ordered the taquitos as an appetizer and only two of them were served to us. While they were flavorful the portion size was Not worth the price. Besides that small issue it's a good place to eat and again, the ambiance is very nice. Will return.

This place is over priced for Tex-Mex (my opinion). I ordered the Mango Mahi tacos. They were good but the tortillas fell apart, the cilantro rice was delicious and the roasted corn. The roasted corn was raved by other reviewers, so made wanna try it. The serving of roasted corn I received didn’t taste toasted and the parmesan cheese throws the whole taste. I make this at home in my oven and adding queso fresco, butter, lime juice, and fajita seasoning or tajin; is a better flavor dish (again my opinion). Yes, we make several these dishes in our so when reviewing them I try not to be too harsh since I realize it’s Tex-Mex and not authentic. Not sure if we will be returning. This prices need to be more reasonable. $20 for tacos is not reasonable especially when I get something similar at a different establishment for way cheaper. Cisco's is a hidden gem! I cannot wait to return! Tonight was the first time I had ever been. I was invited for a farewell dinner with a friend moving to another state. There must have been 20 or more peopleinm our party, all of whom had been there before. The service was on point! We never had to flag down a waiter for anything as they were checking on us often. Joe seemed to be our main waiter, but a few others checked in on us as well. they did a wonderful job! We were in a room of our own, due to the size of our party, and we moved outside after our meal. The heaters outside kept us comfortable and the service remained steady; we were not forgotten about. The food was the best I have ever had at a mexican grill and I have been to many. The fajitas I ordered were tender and flavorful. When I looked around at others' dinners in my party, it seemed that the fish tacos were popular - several people ordered them. Prices are reasonable, too. An enjoyable dinner with friends was made very pleasant, thanks to good food, good service, and wonderful atmosphere. Oh! How could I forget the margaritas??? They were delicious! Thank you, Cisco's for making our send off a great one! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
