This is by far the most pathetic gas station I have ever been to. For the 3rd time in less than a month this location refused to take a $50 dollar bill for a $15 purchase. The bill is valid they just refuse cash at this location. Something needs to be addressed. This location is losing tons of money because of their refusal to accept cash. It is absolutely pathetic that a gas station can't accept cash. I have tried reaching out to the district manager multiple times and nothing is done. This store is going to continue to lose money due to the terrible management.
Best customer service ever had. Daniel not only treat you great he go over thanks. I never been here before so ask for stuff to safe time… He shows me where they are walk to me to show different options. You can feel He’s great mood that’s something thats sparks your day in a great way. Thanks Daniel!
This BP/Circle K has been my goto gas station for fill-up and snacks since the pandemic when I stopped going to Wawa. In the past month I have had poor experiences with male staff being uninformed or rude. I had enough gas today to go somewhere else after stopping there.

Why not take this machine out of Circle K Stores and put in something that doesn't require employees to upkeep it. One month later and this machine is still broken as seen in the second picture. But they do save on cups

I usually like coming to this circle k, the customer service is usually awesome until today at around 11:30am, Tuesday, March 7th, 2023. We walked into the station to grab a drink from the fountain machine; however, the cups we brought in, we decided to rinse them out. When using one out of the two sinks in the station the cashier older Caucasian woman with glasses, yelled ma'am you cannot use that sink. She paused for awhile obtaining attention from other customers before saying that sinks for food prepping. She could of said ma'am that sink is for food prepping, we prefer the customer use the other sink. This method is more tactful and worthy. Yet, we became very upset at the delivery of what she wanted to let us know. Upon utilizing the other sink, typically used for customers, the sink was filthy, dirty, and nasty. Wow!! Hygiene and food poisoning could be a problem for many customer who use that sink. After looking into the sink, I went to the cashier to let her know the sink was nasty and filthy, she bombarded the conversation with WE CANT LET CUSTOMERS USE THAT SINK ITS FOR FOOD PREPPING! I interrupted her to let her know the problem is not with that sink, it was with the other sink and if she wanted customers to use the other sink then it should be clean because its nasty, before I walked out. I will continue to come to this station but if she is working, I will walk out!!

The mens bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked as though it had not been cleaned in weeks. The manager needs to step in and do something here; maybe pop their head in the bathroom every once in a while.

I see so many bad reviews on here. The new manager Jana is awesome, and all of the cashiers are very friendly. She has done a great job making sure customers feel welcome and have an amazing experience. This is the only gas station I go to. Keep up the great work.

Monday mornings are busy anywhere. People coming and going at a store like this should always be present at the store counter. Sarah is the manager at this store. I had to wait for her to finish her conversation with Yolanda before i could pay for what i needed. I almost left but wanted to see just how far she would tale it before doing her job. I called and asked for the district managers number and she got paranoid and started screening why i was asking. Do your job Sarah and you wont have people asking for your bosses number.
