Tried to order a four pack they said it was going to be an hour wait so I still ordered it and asked for Carmel and pecans. I waited an hour came back grab my order didn’t look at it because usually this doesn’t happen, but came back home from my vacation and lo and behold no caramel or pecans. Also why do they give you so little frosting??? so I highly doubt would be able to get a refund since I live in a different state and I will not be going to this location anymore. the same girl that took my order was the same girl that gave me my order too!
Good restaurant as a whole, with excellent food, and a variety on the menu. No specific dining area, serving only takeout. Customer service was great, pleased seeing smiles on the employees faces. Cinnamon sticks were the usual snack we would order, before they were removed early this year. I would definitely recommend Cinnabon to anyone visiting Woodfield Mall!

Long wait times to order. Once ordered, had to wait another 10 min for my Cinnabon. $7+ with tax for a Cinnabon these days. Tastes good, but not as big or plump as in the past. Needs more of the cinnamon ooey gooey part and frosting.
The cinnabons are delicious. My only concerned is that one female employee had her nails done very long. I used to work in a restaurant business and that was a major thing . That should take more seriously for sanitation purposes.
The allure if a Cinnabon is undeniable. I love grabbing one and enjoying it when I decide to go to the mall. A quick bite, way too many calories, and a return to a simpler time. Makes for a great snack when you just want to hang out.
charges 35 dollars for a 6 pack while designer malls, such as fashion outlet, only charges 20 dollars, who do they think they are raising it a whole 15 dollars? i get inflation but come on, it was 25 dollars last month now 35 for no reason except greedy owners. lower prices or keep raising them lowering your chance at making money, much rather just buy a pretzel.
