Service was OK. Order the Cinnabon bites. They microwaved them before they give them to you. They microwave them too long so you don’t get any icing. The icing absorbed into the cinnamon roll. Completely changes the flavor profile of what your expectation is. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
I could smell it as soon as I got close enough to it so of course I had to get one and I got it with pecans and caramel drizzled over it I am fixing to try it
Always delicious fresh yummy cinnamon rolls. I always get the toppings loaded.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service! I went Friday 8/27 around 530 and the 3 associates working had 0 customer service skills. Also we are under a mask mandate and none of the associates had a mask. They are serving food and should be following city mandated Covid Guidelines. On top of the service I was given a hard dry Cinnabon. This place used to be great! Please train or reevaluate your staff.
The people running this store are unprofessional and just plain rude. Waited in line (along with several others) when they began turning off lights but no announcements that they were “sold out” two hours before closing. This place, like the rest of Hanes Mall has just completely gone downhill. Save your time and go to Greensboro or concord instead.

It's always a treat to come here. I remember as a child when you leave the mall you gotta get a Cinnabon before you leave. Even to this day, I still enjoy doing that. Of course now, I have to skip over that tradition SOMETIMES. But this day I went it wasn't for me. My mom wanted to come. Yep, came to the mall just for her a Cinnabon. They had ran out right before I got there. So they tell me it was gonna be eight minutes. I waited, cause aint nothing like a FRESH anything. But a FRESH CINNABON? Nothing like it around. You smell them baking when you enter the door. Highly recommended if you've been sleeping under a rock for the last 3-4 decades.
****Update****Decided to go in for another visit, I really didn't want to give up on my favorite sweet tooth spot and it was well worth it!! DILLON was excellent and a pleasure to speak with. I feel like the improvement was worth the wait.😊 Service has gotten worse with the hiring of teenagers. I really hate that when i'm request my receipt they dont bother to give me my receipt that allows me to participate in the survey!!! I love cinnabon but I have very disappointed in my service these last few months at this location!!!
Love that they have posted hours but seem to close early. The worker said they start closing 15 minutes early or if it’s slow. What’s the point of having posted hours????
Took about 3 minutes before anyone came and assisted me with my order although there were multiple staff memebers just standing around doing nothing. I received a cinnamon bun from an old batch and before I paid I saw them pull out a new batch. I politely asked him if I could get one of the newer cinnamon buns and he kept telling me no. If I’m paying for your food and service then you should respect a customers request.
