I always enjoy myself when I come here. I love their hamburgers! Trying healthier menu options was a first for me. I had the teriyaki chicken rice bowl. I have to say I was a bit disappointed. It was fine, but the carrots tasted like they had been freeze dried or something. Bad enough that I picked them out. I will go back and try something else.... We'll see how it goes. The food was good. Their gluten free options are marked on the menu, and consist largely of bun substitutions and nothing from the fryer. They have a build-your-own burger option, and many unique house special burgers, though those are not marked as gluten free. Absolutely incredible. I have a very hard time finding a restaurant that justifies the expense. If I can make it better at home, I’m not going. However, Cin Cin has far exceeded my expectations. Every. Single. Bite. Was phenomenal. We shared hummus, chicken and waffles, and mild wings. My only criticism would be that the pita was a little overcooked. Other than that. All the chicken was incredibly juicy and tender. The breading on the chicken and waffles wasn’t too crisp and it really complimented the waffle and syrup. Overall an incredible meal. Come to Cin Cin Burger Bar for some good food and fun, prohibition-era ambiance! We ordered the No Money-No Honey burger and the Hawaiian cowboy burger, and both were excellent. The patties were large--1/2 lb--and quite filling, and cooked perfectly. The burgers come with a size, and the flapper fries were delicious--soft but also having a crispy edge. Their old fashioned and bees knees cocktails were very reasonably-priced at $12 and $11 respectively, and had alcohol! The food arrived quickly, and the waitress was attentive at first, but then seemed to want us out in a hurry, not even offering us additional beverages. If you come, I recommend adding your name to the waiting list, which you can do 15-20 mins before your arrival; that saved us a lot of waiting when we went out for dinner on a Saturday! The burger I had was really good, the fries were thick and ‘mushy’ not crispy. However, it’s a bit pricey for what you get. The major drawback for me was the additional 2.75% the owner adds to every bill to boost their profits even higher on the backs of their patrons. And no, this is not a credit card fee, you pay this extra charge even when paying with cash! This is one of my favorite restaurants in winston. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I really love the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer, the chicken and waffles, any of the burgers, or the chicken sandwich. I’ve never had a bad meal here. We recently celebrated the birthdays of a couple of family members. We had a group of 18 and were seated in the patio area. We had plenty of space, and it was great for the small children we had in our party. The food was delicious and was served to us in a timely manner, from the appetizers to the fabulous milkshake creations at the end of the meal. Destiny was our waitress and she was perfect! Very inviting, always had a smile on her face, and very helpful with questions regarding the menu! The food came out quickly, was hot, and delicious!
