I’m a truck driver. I’m at a shipper and they take for ever. So I got hungry I use door dash. I tried tried the asada torta the first time and it was delicious. I saw the reviews of the acp (rice with chicken)so I wanted to try. It came with plenty of chicken,rice,queso, and grilled onions. They don’t miss. It doesn’t look like much but when you take a bite. Food trucks are so hit and miss, but I’m happy to say that these guys nailed it. This is exactly what you want from as food truck experience. Quick and friendly service, a clear and concise menu, and absolutely STELLAR food. These guys understand that an amazing taco is greater than the sum of its parts. Everything is fresh and hot. I had a phenomenal experience here at Cilantro & Tacos for my first time yesterday! This is the best Mexican food I have ever had in my entire life!!! I am now a regular customer, I will be here a ATLEAST once a week for now on ! I have told many about this business . Customer service was excellent, he was super polite and patient. The sanitation rating is nearly 100, unlike most food trucks. My food was hot and fresh, and I did not have to wait long for my order. Fastest, most polite food truck service I have had! I've lived in NC for about 3.5 years now. I have struggled the entire time to find even decent tacos around here. BUT NOT ANYMORE!!! I am beyond ecstatic I found this place. Everything was so fresh and tasty and juicy! They even have the pickled onions that only 1 spot back home provided! Oh and ESQUITES! ITS CORN! I've always been a food truck lover (some good, some bad). This place ticks all the boxes. Great quality of food, reasonable prices, portion sizes are generous, and lightning fast service. I'm super impressed as this is my first time here. I'll have to check out more of their menu later, but today's delicious lunch was a Burrito Bowl with Suadero (brisket). Perfectly done brisket, cheese, fresh guacamole, onions, Pico de Gallo, carrots, sour cream, and pinto beans, all on top of Spanish rice. I had a work event and hired this amazing food truck! They food was authentic and full of flavor. Jesus was extremely friendly and his crew pushed out good food. The birria quesadilla was fantastic! My advice is for you to go!! A 5 star rating is not something I just give out because the food is good. Nope! It’s the entire experience. The young lady taking the orders was friendly and provided explanation to all my questions with a enthusiasm. I am a bit taller so I can see into the truck and their work area was clean and organized. The gentleman began searing off meat as I was ordering, so all the food was hot when I got it home. The tacos were moist and succulent. Their salsa verde is fresh. Doesn’t have that stored inside the fridge smell or After taste like most trucks sauces have. Burritos are massive. My employer provided lunch for us last week by catering Cilantro & Tacos food truck! I love mexican food so I was excited to try everything on the menu. My coworkers and I ordered a variety so we could try different items and we were all blown away at the quality of food. It was seasoned amazingly and you could tell the freshest ingredients were used in every dish. Great customer service also. I was driving my tow truck after completing a roadside service, and I had a sudden urge for authentic tacos. So, after a quick Google search for Mexican food in that area, this place was the only restaurant with 5 stars. Needless to say, I ordered the taco meal, and I was VERY pleased!
