I want to clear the record. My family and I had visited CiCi’s a few weeks ago and the visit was not really a good one. I had the opportunity to speak with the Manager in great detail and at the end of the conversation, he asked me if we would be willing to give them a SECOND CHANCE, saying that He knew his team was capable of doing much better than I described. I believe in second chances and we love pizza, so tonight, we gave them a second chance and boy was he right! His team is very capable of doing better than our previous visit. As it so happens, they did 100% better and really impressed us. I’m going to chalk the previous visit up to they had a really off night and were short staffed (can happen to any business on any given day). But tonight, they impressed me and my family. Everything about this visit tonight was great! The pizza was tasty and fresh. The selection was great. The drink area was dry and clean. The salad bar was phenomenal, and the manager personally brought out our personal favorites. One could tell that they strive to make their customers happy, and we left happy this evening. We want to say how much we appreciated their efforts. They did not go un-noticed. We’re new to Winston Salem and CiCi’s is the only restaurant we have visited so far as a family, as I am a pretty picky eater and can be really hard to please. I can and do recommend this establishment and believe in paying compliments when they are deserved. Thank you guys and gals for a great meal and a great environment. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This Cici's is great! Definitely a good 'bang for your buck' enjoyable meal every time. They keep the crowd flowing and happy, always plenty of new pizzas being put out. They clean a table immediately as soon as the group leaves so the table can be ready for a new group. They keep the plate clean up area looking nice and they even will take your plates for you. The host and pizza makers are always friendly and inviting. Seriously, whatever these people are getting paid, they deserve more. The establishment was clean and up to date. Girl at the register seemed a bit annoyed we came in 30 minutes before closing but one of the gentleman working made it up 100x he was super enthusiastic with everyone he had an interaction with from the customers to the staff and he even offered to make a custom pizza I wanted. I was having a rough day but his good spirit really made me feel better. Food was fantastic and a great end to my visit to Winston Salem. It's a great place to bring kids and go to for family time, it's an old building but they've kept it up since I was little, you can also request for a pizza to be made and they'll make it if they don't have it out already, great place! Only compliant Is they don't have a changing table in the restroom which sucks. Went to try the buffet just to try cicis for the first time. Wasn't as bad as I imagined you know being a buffet style usually you suffer in quality. Food itself wasn't bad, best when fresh as it loses all its flavor after I don't know how long but it gets lost for sure. The pepperoni is quite delicious which is my staple at any pizza place to start. I thought the cinnamon bread was absolutely perfectly made and fresh it can't be touched. The dessert pizzas were all unique and tasty in its profile and not something I thought I would try but here I am. Telling you if you go to cicis at the right time especially for the price you'll always get your money's worth. The family went to Cici's pizza after leaving the fall concert at Reynolds Autitorium. They have every kind of pizza, and if you don't see the kind you want, just tell them, and they will make it for you. Cici's also has hot wings and deserts, the chocolate brownies are very good, and a delicious soup, in which i bought 3 bowls to take home. The price of the all you can buffet is very reasonable. 2 adults and two children's prices were less than $40. The staff is great, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The first time I ordered there, the said I need to hurry up to get there for pick up because the close in 30 minutes. Ok, fine I live right down the street. I get there and realize on of my orders of wings were not there. The girl said, I'm sorry we will prepare them for you now. (Keep in mind, I was told to hurry). So they prepare the wings and the cook leaves them on the counter on a sheet like pan, and the lady cleaning with the cleaning towel puts the towel on half of the tray and she yelling to someone in the back over my wings. I pointed to the wings when the manager came out and explained to them what I just witnessed and said I just want my money back for those wings. His excuse was "yeah sometimes we have to talk pretty loud in here."🤨 Not acknowledging the dirty towel on my food and yelling over the food. Then yesterday, because everything else my family suggested was closed, I ordered from them again . I ordered a deep dish spinach pizza, the pepperoni rolls, and mild wings. The pizza was on the regular crust, it was cold and stiff. I rolls were hard and the wings were just ok. With all that being said, I'll go home and make a sandwich before I eat there again! The pizza was incredible! All of it was very well cooked, soft and chewy on top, and crunchy crust and bottom. The only reason I give this four stars is because we ordered a side of wings. The wings were pretty scrawny for the price, but the taste was great. To management: get slightly bigger wings and it'll be a home run smash out da park.
