My daughter prefers Patterson Church's Chicken and we lives in High Point. We ordered the Family 16 piece. It was delicious but the family size fries was a regular size large French fries (serving 1 person) . Food was the worst. I didn’t know you could mess up tenders. It was so oily that my hands were saturated. The only dipping sauce they had was ranch. Fries tasted like they were thawed out before being fried in oil that wasn’t hot enough. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I love Church’s chicken. I haven’t ate here in like 4 years. I pull up one of the workers idk her name but she we don’t have any chicken the fryer burned all the chicken. I said I will wait let me go to the bathroom right quick. So I walk in there was good chicken she lied to me. The guy behind the register was rude the other guy look high on something. I guess she don’t like me idk.

BE CAREFUL!!!! These people steal your money. They will charge you twice your fee. Then get missing to give you a refund. Make you you keep coming back to this establishment to resolve the situation and never do. My order was $35 they charge me $70. BE VERY CAREFUL GOING HERE!!!

If you catch them at the right moment, the food is good and the service is good. When it's busy, it's gamble. The location is horrible, absolutely horrible. It's not the easiest getting in and out, there are always people hanging around asking for things. No drive thru. Great customer service but I was really disappointed in the quality of the food. Neither the chicken or biscuit was up to standard. The food just didn't have that seasonal taste, it tasted old.
