This pub knows how to make proper pub food! We had a burger, pork neck, chipotle & beer braised beef cheeks, mac n’ meat, sweet potato fries with jalapeño mayo, and corn with butter. They all tasted amazing! I especially loved my meal (mac n meat and sweet potato fries). They brew their own beers too and have a tasting menu. Our fave spot for a bite, pint, or both! Excellent food, welcoming attentive staff and great vibe. Expansive beer menu of both house brewed and bottled imports. An awesome private room available for large parties. They even have shuffle board and a big rack of board games if you're interested!

Ordered the mac n’ meat. Found it a bit excessive on the cheese dusting - but all in all a great meal. The dip that came with the fries was absolutely amazing. Quick service for a big order, nice locals. Gotta go here!

This is my second time here and my second time in Kristiansand, I just really had to come back. I've only good things to say. Excellent beer selection, great service, great food and very cozy. This place has it all. The setting is both cozy and historic with just the right amount of light that enables both work or hangout. I've been sitting here working, eating and hanging out. The beer menu is very broad and has something for everybody, even if you prefer non-alcoholic. If you want to broaden your horizon or just want to try something new, they offer a flight of beer at a very affordable price! The burger I had last time is the best I've had in Kristiansand. Today I tried the entrecote with bearnaise - what a treat I was in for! I will be back again for more! Can only recommend?!

We came in only for a beer but after eating the pork cheeks we stayed for the food and had quite a few more beers. I still dream of that coleslaw...

Great beer. Food was a bit overcooked and too dry, which is not great at Norwegian prices. But as I said, the beer makes up for it. Great service, too! Price per person kr 500–600 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Im not a beer guy so cant say anything about beer and drinks but food is outstanding! Ribs my favorite plys regular fries with chlilmayo! Prizes are fair totally.

Perfect to drink a really good beer, but for eating don't order burgers because you gonna be really sad unless you are a child... they gonna serve you a "barnameni burger" that you can eat in two... maybe three bites.
