Good cafe with decent coffee, though it sometimes depends on who works there that day. New people need training/practice first though so that's ok. Interior and outside terrace are nice and the cheesecakes look tempting 😉

For some reason they won't close the door when it's very cold outside. It could be 3 degrees out and the employees will tell you to just sit farther away from the door, as if the entire cafe isn't cold.

Stayed in Hilversum for 5 days and every single day I stopped here for a coffee break. This place is awesome with delicious deserts and the best coffee I had in Netherlands ! And believe me I’m from Greece, coffee is our passion, this place rocks 👏🏿👏🏿

This must be the ultimate destination for any chocoholic out there. They serve the finest chocolates, pralines all in-house produces. The sitting area is well designed, roomy and so cosy where one wanders away over a cup of coffee, inhales all the rich chocolate flavours and chill to lovely background music. By the way part is a shop.
The shop is cute, but the food is overpriced and not very tasty. Also witnessed the owner or manager being rude to employees as well as customers. Not coming back!

The blonde girl who's working there is extremely rude to costumers. I've witnessed this several times now. Poor behavior, cursing at customer. Absolutely not professional!
I have been to another branch before (in Haarlem) and the staff is more friendly and kind. The chocolate drink is nice. But this time i tried cakes they’re quite disappointed so sweet and just sweet. Not worth money at all
