Perfectly cooked guacamole and tasty steaks may be what you need. Clients don't like flija at this fast food. It's a pity, employees are unpleasant as many guests mention. Chipotle Mexican Grill is famous for its spectacular atmosphere. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

I had a very good experience with their catering for my daughter’s birthday party. The chef who made our order had everything hot and ready at the time we designated online. He even helped bring the order to my car when I came in to pick it up. Best of all, the food was excellent! I commend this location for a job well done. I am not sure what is up with this location lately. This is the third time I have ordered a salad, and they didn't include the vinaigrette. A salad with no dressing is a huge disappointment. In addition, lately their chicken has been so fatty as to be inedible. The staff is often rude, especially the manager. Food: 1 Service: 1

I got a Burrito for my wife and it looks like a baked potato and is hard as a rock on the outside. They said the boy that was making it was new, we should not have to suffer and I understand new, so someone should have been teaching him. This thing is terrible!!!! Order # 399 I also said no Guacamole and when I got in the car and looked at the ticket, they had put it in a cup and charged ne $2.80 ???? I took it back and got a refund. The food was warm and fresh and warm, the people making the meals were not the best of putting good portions. There was a ton of food! Not a very good experience for me. Ordered my burrito bowl online and set the pickup time. When I got to the drive thru (at the specified time), she asked me for my name twice and the order was NOT ready. Had to wait on them to make it. Then when I got home, my bowl was full of rice and fajita veggies but barely ANY CHICKEN! There was literally only a couple of pieces of chicken. Will NOT eat at this location again. Location is poorly managed. Consistently out of items (3x in the last two weeks). Staff will not tell you they are out of something until you get to that point in the line, no warning or consideration to tell you what is 86'd. They will not pull it from the mobile order line because they prioritize those. No discount for being out of a staple item (i.e. guac when getting veggie bowl) Future warning: Next time this happens I will just walk out with my bowl partially made and management can eat the cost on the bottom line, misleading and dishonest to make me think I can order an item and then not have it. I love Chipotles food, and I was very excited that one was opening closer to me than the mall so that I could go more often. The food is still just as good, however the service needs major improvement. Ordering online and picking up curbside is very convenient, but you never get nearly as much food as you do going inside. I get extra rice, but to actually get the extra portion I have to go inside. The service seems kind of lazy and doesn't want to work when it's not busy. They don't give me napkins and silverware and they were out of cilantro, chips, and guac when I went there last. I get that I got there an hour before closing, but they shouldn't have been out of muliple things already. Ordered in the restaurant at the counter. I ordered a salad with chips and queso. I had paid for my meal and then found out the chips are completely out and completely out of forks! Absolutely absurd they did not tell me before making my food and paying for it. The staff did not apologize nor feel bad. I will not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just went to this location to pick up some lunch. I got 2 burrito bowls w/ the same exact thing (half steak/half chicken, rice, beans, corn, & guacamole). Since there was a kid testing the temperature of the food I just waited by the register. I get home thinking my meal was complete & they charged me for everything yet only gave me 1 bowl w/ everything & 1 bowl w/ a little bit of steak, rice, & beans. I called the number for the location & it send you to an automated hotline & then to a person who just takes the complaint. With a rise in prices, Chipotle is not the affordable healthy Mexican burrito place it once was. Costs more, smaller portions, lackluster staff that still do not give you enough. Nice inside, but that doesn't make up for staff or company policy and prices. If the staff was more willing to make the burritos to please the customer, rather than the company, it would be an improvement, but still not make up for rise in price. Without a cheaper menu option, or any other sort of incentive, it just seems to not be what it once was. Update the menu for more affordable and sizing options and I may feel differently. Sad because this was once a favorite place of mine, back when 2 could eat for under 20.
