My family and I ordered online takeout tonight, and I’m genuinely disgusted by the lack of care when handling the food and the overall service. I ordered two burrito bowls, one with tomato salsa and one without tomato salsa. Of course, the one without had pieces of tomato salsa covered in sour cream. I had some sour cream in my bowl when I did not order it. On top of that, my dad’s burrito bowl had missing or skimped items in his bowl, which is ridiculous. I also ordered for chips and guacamole yet received a side of guacamole with spills of sour cream and pieces of a yellow product. Since I could not eat that guacamole, I respectfully showed the one of online ordering staff members (specifically the one who I watched make my family’s food) and requested a new one. Unfortunately, she was extremely abrupt and rude to me. It’s funny because I felt that I shouldn’t have spent any money at this location because of terrible, past experiences, and yet, here we are. Over $36 wasted! This was definitely my last straw. So, if you have any common sense, do not support this location. They’re extremely distasteful in their service and, when they’re busy, you can always count on them ruining your order. Good day. Chips stale, queso opened and spilled all over bag. Burrito was torn apart. The meat and everything in burrito was cold. Hair on food. Called to report to manager and person who answered the phone laughed at my concerns. Don't fret, everything is in the trash where it belongs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Poor management, Poor staff, I've been going to this chipotle for 7 years ordering the same thing but today it's an issue. Me and my family will not be returning. Free does not fix the issue with the employees here. Cashier needs more training... I'll rather drive 20 minutes for better service. Dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been in. Place was trashed, dirty tables, dirty chairs, food all over the floor. I’ve never liked this location as they have rude staff and skimp on serving but wanted to give them one more try. I’m better off getting a Wendy’s taco salad. Also they don’t do water cups??? Are at this location this evening. Felt like a general inconvenience. They were working on closing duties an hour and a half before close. All of the chairs were on top of the tables so you couldn’t sit. One of the workers mentioned he “put the chairs down on the tables closest to the register that the camera could so corporate couldn’t ask they were closing up so early, certainly on a Saturday.”Watch the cameras around 9:35PM to watch him take them off the table. In addition, it looks like a bomb went off in here and the floors couldn’t have been swept in the last couple of days. Lastly, if they give everyone as much sour cream as me, there will be a state wide shortage in 2024

It was really disappointing to see the unprofessional servers on the food counter. It was messy with meat spread around and in the beans and other vegetarian items. Spoon was also getting mixed. I am vegetarian so was really not acceptable to me. I walked out without getting any food for me. People should get trained, hygienic and profession before coming on the food counter. It was Chipotle and tasted as it should. Today the restaurant was kinda of gross inside. Trash everywhere, gross drink station and dirty tables. I'll give them the b.o.d. that it was after the lunch rush, but that manager needs to be on that. I felt skeevy leaving there. Will not be visiting that location again.
