These photos are from three separate visits. Every SINGLE time I come to this location there isn’t somebody to provide service. Management NEEDS to stop cheating out and hire staff. Every time I eat the food here I always end up having to spit out burned chunks of meat as well. It’s exhausting paying an up charge (because another location 10 minutes away charges LESS for the EXACT same order) and getting terrible food and mediocre service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The inside of the restaurant is nasty and unclean. In the kitchen area it was trash and food particles on the floor. The counter tops in the kitchen was nasty and had leftover food all over. It’s a yellow stain on the wall in the back of the kitchen. Also smeared food on the wall near the trash can. The food looked dry. The area where they make your food is nasty. While I was there nobody was actively cleaning up, everyone standing around. The food was dry and nasty. I would not recommend eating here Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff’s attitude was okay even though there was a line to wait in steak and chicken. Once I got the food it was flavorless and nasty. The vinaigrette tasted like oil, the chips are stale, and tasteless. The chicken I waited on was nasty and fatty as well. I think this location should be closed for training, hire more staff, and then reopen. This is ridiculous. Especially for a “new” location. The employee even said fill out an application to the people waiting in line. She was right. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was by far the worst Chipotle order I have ever received. The food was cold and the quality of the ingredients was poor. In addition to that, my bowl was smothered in large chunks of raw “grilled onions”. I could not eat this as prepared and this was my birthday dinner. Very disappointed. I was told when ordering that they were out of brown rice. My friend came up that I was with after I had sat down and he had brown rice. He was the second customer behind me. Not to mention that the white rice I did get must have been in shortage also because the young lady put 2 small scoops in the bowl and pressed it down for whatever reason. The bowl was less than 1/2 filled when she was finished preparing it. They still charged me the full price though. Not to mention that a bottled 12oz coke is $4. Felt like I had teleported to Carowinds or something. I mean come on folks. I understand trying to make a profit, but $4 for a 12oz bottle of Coke... And 13+ for 2 scoops of white rice with a few vegetables and maybe 2 oz of beans. They can't tell me their margins on rice and beans at that price aren't ridiculous. Now i see why their stock trades as high as it does. Only in America are we dumb enough to pay $14 for a small ration of rice and beans. The two cheapest most abundant foods on the planet. I won't go back. Although their food tastes good, their quality nor quantity comes close to matching the prices on their menu. Someone else can feed that stock price. The food was fine, as always. But when I walked in there was an employee demonstrating a terrible attitude. A male employee looked at her as I walked up and asked if he should get my order. She said, "well somebody better" then skulked off with an attitude. I don't think it was directed at me, but it was clear this person was not in a place to deal with the public even though she was in a customer facing role. Never had an issues with this location before and this isn't a major problem, but attitudes and personality shape your customer's experience. Where is the management here? This place is chaotic as hell and it shows! I placed an online order for inside pickup because I know the drive thru lines are usually super long. I made sure to double check the email which said pick up from inside pick up shelf. Got there at the pick up time and no food on the shelf. Others waiting on orders as well. Waited about 15 minutes past the pickup time and asked a staff member (who was very nice) about the status of my order. It had been sitting on the DRIVE THRU shelf for the last 20 minutes! It clearly said store pickup shelf on the receipt attached to the bag. The food was cold and not good at all. Never again, this location needs a lot of work. Every time I order from this location, they forget an item with my order. Whether it be the second bag of chips I wanted or the extra guacamole or cheese dip if you order more than one side item be prepared for them not to include it. Seems pretty simple when it says on the front of the bag what's supposed to be in there and you still forget, amazing. I have always enjoyed Chipotle, but this location was especially good. The restaurant was clean and the staff was all very helpful. The sweet tea was recommended when I went in and it didn’t disappoint. The food was as good as I expected. I would definitely recommend this location.
