Chipotle was one of our favorite places for a quick supper or lunch. It has really gone down hill. When u pay extra for a large guacamole, you expect guacamole and not half an avocado that is not even ripe. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Unfortunately I was at this location when it was a busy lunch time. Any open tables were really messy so I decided to eat in my car. I just really didn't like how messy the counter was where the workers were assembling my lunch. It really needed to be wiped down. The food was flavorful and staff were friendly. The entire restaurant was so filthy I didn't want to eat there. The serving station was a huge mess, the drink area was trashed, and every single table was filthy. We cleaned off a spot to sit and eat, but I certainly didn't find a relaxing to be surrounded by filthy tables. At a point, we were the only people in there and still nobody cleaned the tables. Only one other person was sitting there eating when we arrived so it was not busy. It is nice that they have outdoor dining tables. I'm used to eating at Qdoba's, but I found Chipotle a very decent alternative flavor-wise. I had placed an online order for 11:30. When I got to Chipotle my order was not done. Upon realization they did not put my order on the online pickup stand and I was standing there waiting for over 40 minutes until a worker asked what my name was for my order. No one would help me when I got there. Not only was my food super cold, my order was wrong it did not have half the stuff that I paid extra for in my tacos and burritos. Very unclean location. EVERY table was dirty and had not been cleaned for quite a long time. No one was eating inside b/c of the dirty conditions. Had to eat in car. The only available forks were found inside the tip jar. My daughter had to use a spoon to eat her salad. The cashier dropped my change between the register and the support and didn’t replace it, so I lost money too. I gave 2 stars b/c the food was still awesome. Hoping I’m not a food poisoning stat. Horrible service. Saying online only yet having more than enough staff to accommodate the 2 customer in store. Made someone order online just for chips, really. Having trouble online, but staff wont help. How are we suppose to order if you wont take in store and online services wont work either. Horrible service and experience, never come here. I always order to go, but whenever I go in it always feels like I’m bothering the workers. No greeting or anything even though it always seems to be dead when I go in. They always seal my drink inside the bag too which is so weird. I only go here now when I have free food to redeem because Pancheros is a billion times better. This is the burrito I got last time, and I always get my burritos loaded. The tortilla was folded inwards too so it was all tortilla in the middle and barely any ingredients around. Sad place. Edit: 3/5/2017 Yet again Chipotle knocks it out of the park. These burritos will change your life. Get one in your mouth immediately. Edit: 12/15/2016 Full five stars. The small room for improvement has been completely filled and this Chipotle is truly amazing. If you know me, you know that my heart beats for Chipotle. Guac is in my veins, and when I close my eyes at night, I see visions of burritos dancing in my head. Chipotle is finally in Dubuque, and on opening day I swear I heard angels singing. The food is fresher than Bel Air's prince. The flavors will make you slap yourself to make sure you're not dreaming. The staff is super friendly. Everything is very clean and modern. The one and only tiny, minor detail that needs improvement is speed of service. Often there's a long line. But I am very confident this will improve as time goes on.
