I know food cost have increased but this is ridiculous. I barely had any chips in the bag. I order chips and queso and this looks like a kid size order of chips. I ordered online but when I got there to pick up my food the girl at the "pick up" counter just stood there like I was in the wrong universe. I had to repeat my name several times and tell her at least twice that I had an online order. She was so very rude, there were no napkins or utensils in the bag. Then to top the entire experience off when I got home I didn't even have what I ordered! It was so incredibly terrible that I will probably not go to Chipotle again or at least that location. Great tasting food. Much, much better than Raytown Chipotle. Fast service especially for the noon hour. They must have an excellent manager. I would Gove them 6 stars if it were possible. Where oh, where did all the chips go. Big disappointment to find a bare minimum of chips in the bag. Which kinda went along with the flavorless guacamole. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Similar to the other reviews I ordered my food for pickup which was promised at 7:50 and was told “it will be a while” and I didn’t actually get my food until well after 8 after watching 10-15 people come right in front of me and order their food and go. There is no reason anyone should be waiting for over 25 minutes for a to-go order. I asked if I could just go through the lobby line and have that line make my food but they refused. Then once I received my food and went to eat it, they clearly did not scoop anything into the actual tacos - seems like it was done intentionally or maybe they just threw the food in the bag. Either way still not ok. They really need better management and better policies and procedures so they aren’t getting so backed up with to-go orders while the main line is standing around waiting for people to come in. The manager Katie didn’t seem to care at all, she didn’t step in one time to help anyone or even her team. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Beautifully decorated, authentic Mexican food that is delicious. Every table and every take out order gets a complementary basket/bag of homemade tortilla chips and in-house made salsa. Which is also delicious. The only "minus star" is staff. Based on my last visit, the staff didn't really seem friendly. The host seemed like she didn't really want to be there. Every time I come here there's always something wrong I order food and something's missing or the order is entirely wrong or they never have chips and don't tell you and just hand you a bag of food expecting you to leave and not realize you didn't have your chips and just trying to keep your money. or they don't put an ingredient in your food and give you very very little. I've ordered a steak bowl and brought it home and there was no steak in it and there was almost absolutely nothing else in it. Also ordered sour cream and guacamole on it and none of that was there.. picture below is what I received I hadn't eaten anything out of it I just pulled the lid off and that is what I saw.
