Literally worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Constantly out of ingredients and customer service is terrible. I went on Halloween, & the guy rang me up for a regular price meal instead of the $6, & said he can’t do anything about it. I just left angry bc I didn’t want to Karen when they were busy, but that guy shouldn’t have a customer interaction job. Edit: I went again today (12/19). It was completely empty, and I ordered a half carnitas, half steak salad. Then she accidentally gave me carne asada and charged me for it!! IT'S $2 dollars more!! I'm just super annoyed. They never answer the phone, like I’m convinced it’s broken. Incredibly poor customer service, I don’t even want to order from them anymore because you can’t even speak to a person to place an order. I would post 0 stars if I could. Some people have allergies, or have questions or just want to order an extra side of sour cream. Outside of the incredibly rude customer service from this location, Corporate could greatly benefit from improving their sites to include space for notes and at least having a customer service hotline if the store is super busy.
