Service and atmosphere are amazing. Food and cocktails are super amazing. We were all really surprised how good the cocktails were. Pizza has such a good flavor (sauce). We are in Durango for 5 days and talking about coming back during the trip. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was lovely. Beautiful presentation and quality local ingredients. Service wasn't spectacular, a little sparse but friendly when we did get it. Location and atmosphere were nice, convenient and clean. Surprised this is ranked #10 on trip advisor, they deserve to be higher. Food was good but overpriced. Staff was friendly but our waitress must have been new as she didn't know anything about the menu and was just slow overall. Probably won't go here again as it just doesn't seem worth it. We paid $60 before tax and tip for a burger, salad, and a small cheese pizza, no drinks. Popular higher end restaurant with tasty quality foods and cocktails. Make a reservation or be prepared for a long wait. We had made a reservation but there was some confusion and we weren’t on the list and had to wait a bit, but the hostess appropriately rectified the issue. The food and drinks were awesome. Several vegetarian options including a cauliflower steak, stuffed poblano chili, pizzas. We ordered the poblano chili and a pizza, both were excellent. Will was a great and knowledgeable waiter. Really enjoyed our meal here and would highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a pizza and an appetizer. Food was great. Watched the bar tenders work their art. Great experience! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We hadn't made a reservation when we came through, so we decide to sit at the bar rather than wait for a table. Great cocktails and the pizza was amazing! We got to see the amazing kitchen team at work with the stone fired oven, so impressed. We ordered the cornbread as an appetizer and went to heaven!!!!!! Hands down the best corn bread I've ever had! Would go again and eat just that! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Cornbread

I have been to Chimayo several times and their food is always top notch. Everything I've had is good and last night was no different. I had the Cedar Plank Salmon and it was great. My friend had a sandwich and it looked great as well. My friend and I stayed late and the staff were accommodating. However, part of the reason we stayed so late was because the service was extremely slow. We ordered an appetizer and it took forever for it to come out. It was nearly cold when it came to the table. The food came out in a reasonable time but it took an hour for the gal to come and ask about desserts, and then much later for her to bring the ticket. The main course was the only thing that seemed to come out on time. I was rather irritated most of the night with the service being soooooo extremely slow. When the server was there, she was competent. But it seems that we were not a priority last night or she kept forgetting about us, or she had too many tables. Not sure which is was. I expect better but will not hesitate to come back as last night's service was unusual for Chimayo. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
The service and atmosphere were great (5/5). The food was not. We ordered Brussel sprouts, guacamole, and the sausage pizza. Everything was too salty. If there were flavors, they were masked by the amount of salt thrown on. Could honestly say that a domino’s pizza is 10 times better. Would not recommend if you’re a foodie cause the prices are a little high (typical For Durango) and the food lacks flavors. From the pizzas, to the warm roasted vedetable salad, to the lamb ragu hummus bowl, everything was delicious & beautifully presented. Our server, Kai, was very pleasant, attentive, and made our dinner a great experience. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
