Had the most delightful waiter today named David! service was incredible, very fast and very personable the entirety of our stay! Brought my grandparents in for a lunch, and they were so pleased with their meals and the kindness, and attentiveness of our server!! it was a very busy day, with plenty guests surrounding but you wouldn’t know it because our food & drinks were out within minutes!! thank you to david, and per request by my grandparents i will be bringing them in more regularly for our lunch dates!!! everyone was so sweet!! Visited with my family on a Monday during early afternoon. It was quiet and not very busy. No host was at the front so we waited at the front for about 5 minutes for someone to come seat us. Outside of that, the food was fresh and yummy and our server was very nice. We all got the appetizer trio. I love their egg rolls and the chicken crispers. The strawberry lemonade is very good as well. It has been so.etime since we have visited a Chili's Grill and Bar because of a bad experience from one that later closed up. This was a much better experience, enjoyable actually. The place looked clean, there was a few patrons enjoying the atmosphere, not too busy. Our waiter, Benjamin, was very attentive and pointed to some options on the menu saying that one of our choices was available on the "bar side" and that it was a good choice. We had the big mouth bites "4 bites on the bar side, 2 on the restaurant side". The menu saying that it had grilled onions was what attracted us. But, when it came out they were just diced onions not grilled. This didn't change much about the flavor just texture. They were still yummy. Then the loaded curly fries, embellished with cheese sauce, bacon bits and jalapeños which are extra $. Comparing the actual fries to the menu photo we had Benjamin take them back and put on more cheese to appear as the photo. I know this sounds like a bad review but it demonstrates what we as patrons can expect when we visit a place to eat. I want to give a sincere review, just like a tip if you don't enjoy the visit leave a 2 cent tip that invokes some kind of reaction but don't be unreasonable with your expectations. Stopped in the Lee's Summit Chili's to use up a gift card from a pre-covid gift as we were in the area. This restaurant is nicer inside that the Independence location and the service is night and day different, in a good way. We were seated right away and they were staffed to use the whole restaurant not, just one small section. Our server, who never introduced herself did a good job, she was prompt and friendly. Our meal arrived quick and looked fantastic. They have long done away with my favorite so I decided to try the crispy chicken tenders and swapped the fries for mashed potatoes. Their corn is always juicy and tasty, potatoes hot and flavorful (although for some reason when I order 'no bacon' I always get bacon (don't eat pork) and have to pick all of it off. now the chicken 'tenders' or 'fingers' or what ever they are were horrible. Super dry and a lot of breading. One tender was worthless, nothing but breading. Had to douse them in BBQ to get them down and then it was difficult so I left them. Overall this location is far better than Independence, but having used our gift cards now I don't see any reason to return. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Me and my party was ignored by the hostess. When we was finally greeted, we sat over 15 minutes and never was addressed and asked if we wanted a glass of water NOTHING. But we several waiters and waitress cleaning tables and walked by us several times. Tonight my husband and i went to chilis for dinner. We got seated and waited at least 20 minutes before our waiter came over to take our drink order which was the only order because by that time we were ready to order. When we went to pay we were going over our ticket and it was all kinds of messed up, on the ticket they were charging us full price for my appetizer when it came with my meal and was charging us for 3 fountain drinks when there was only 2 of us and one of the drinks came with my meal as well (three for me meal). When my husband asked our waiter about it he said to the waiter “i have a few questions about our ticket” the waiter processed to respond with “oh i’m sure you do”…. i’m sorry how is that an appropriate way to talk to your customer. The manager then came over and fixed our ticket for us and “took off one soda for goodwill” but really didn’t even take one of our ticket, just fixed their mistake of removing the third soda. About a month ago had issue with Smokehouse combo. Ribs was so over cooked; it was no meat to be bitten off with human teeth. Appetizer so over cooked cheese was stuck to foil with burnt fries underneath. Spoke with Kelly with title as General Manager and she states," I would gladly send you gift certificate out to compensate this error". Month later I received a $10 gift certificate!! Explaining to her that night if I didn't live so far away I would come back & get a refund. So she waisted a stamp to send $10. Never again from this family. decided to come eat and watch the super bowl because they weren’t busy. our server sucked and was the least attentive server i’ve ever had. didn’t check on us, the food was good tho. there were 3-5 workers sitting at the bar and in the booth right next to us, but unfortunately they were more interested in the usher halftime show than the 3 empty cups at our table and the food she never put into the system for us :) Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Went to grab a bite after a long Monday, our service was horrible. He took our order and never came back. Usually this location has excellent service, however tonight was very disappointing.
