This is a great Chili's in a great location. Like with all Chilies the food selection is typically American, but we particularly like their grilled salmon and their broccoli, which is my favorite. Bartender is always friendly and the service is always great. It's not a bad place to stop by and just have a beer and watch a little tv. But if you're hungry, then the food selection is great and this restaurant is a good choice. Our group met for dessert. Prompt, friendly service with tasty dessert served in an appetizing presentation. We also shared an appetizer. The restroom was clean as was the resteraunt. Brandi and Angie were excellent in the service and I tried to take on the Who’s Your Daddy Burger and it’s an absolute monster. It was delicious but crazy at the same time. Hopefully they can turn it into a challenge for people to try to take on and win a prize of some sort. They were also giving me awesome words of encouragement to help push me on to take on this monster of a burger. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our waitress was nice. But the chairs had this sticky grummy like feel to them. Do restaurants not use trays to bring out drinks anymore? They delivered our drinks by hand (there were 6 of us) and some were spilled. Food was hot & my order was correct but the food selections are never nothing I feel to shout to the rooftops about. This is what we received after paying $51 ordering the steak and shrimp "fajitas". The sides weren't even a full tablespoon for one tortilla which was more taco sized. Very greedy and dishonest. One thing would have been to have payed for what we were getting but that's just scam. On top of it, did not taste like it wasn't out of freezer or can. I couldn't believe it. The customer service here is AMAZINGGGGGGGG! Tia was our server and she made sure everything was hot and on time !!!! What’s better than fresh food ??? A server with a smile and genuine customer service. BIG MIKE (manager ) was even better ! His smile can light up the world ! We need more people like him in this world…. Genuine and kind. Food was excellent!!! Got the Big BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger and was cooked to perfection. Tea was good and cold and sweet. Tried 2 other Chili's in the past few months and had some bad experience, but y'all changed my mind. Thanks for a great dinner and friendly customer service!!! Perry was out server and was great. Checked on us to makes sure that everything came out okay. Very interactive with us, and friendly like we was family. Thanks for taking care of us Perry, need more in the industry like yourself!!! Love love Love coming here to visit the best bartender Jeff.... I got some food to go and it was delivered by someone I can only presume got out of bed. I mentioned to manager my unhappiness... He said that he didn't realize she had on sandals.... I responded ummmm "It's the PJs for me" She continued to work for 10 minutes... I saw a large party of 40 people but it would've taken 2 minutes to run to RR and change back into her uniform. Very unprofessional and should never be an option even if other servers are "in the weeds" Did I mention Jeff was FABulous and Tia had a smile that made me smile back... I was there with my whole family and we all said the food was phenomenal. I had the baby back ribs and the ribs were juicy and tender. The service was amazing, neither my family nor I ever asked for a refill because my waitress was fast. By the time we were on our last gulp the next cup was on the table. The place was very busy as many customers were there to watch the playoffs game, so for her to be on top of it was extraordinary. We watched the playoffs game there and the environment was uplifting.
