Family came here for dinner after a sporting event. Walked in and and honestly they were pretty busy. Was greeted within a couple of minutes by someone and seated. Waiter took our drink order pretty promptly. We then ordered dip trio, and cheese fries as appetizers. They came out pretty quickly honestly. Dip was ok, and the cheese fries were way over baked. I ordered the 3 item smokehouse tray with jalepeno sausage, brisket quesidilla, and chicken tenders. My kids and wife got the chicken tender basket. My smokehouse meal honestly wasn't all that great. Appreciate Chili's trying to step out and try some BBQ but I'd just stop now. Everyone thought their meal was average and nothing special. I did get the lava cake with ice cream as desert which was the best. The staff here was extremely nice and very proficient in keeping this place running. My drink always stated full and all food came out fast and hot. Just wasn't that good to us. Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The spinach dip was really good! The salmon plate was moist and cooked to my liking! Cameron provided excellent customer service from start to finish! Been here a few times and food is always very good! Today's dining experience was just as enjoyable, and even more so as we came in at noon and was greeted by a delightful host; she was friendly and even opened the door for us. Our server, Karen, also took good care of us making sure we had refills and anything we needed. Food was served hot and came out at just the right time, served by the kitchen staff with a smile; she even asked if there was something else she can do for us. Just great service today from everyone. Oh, and the chips & salsa are always good. And today, we tried the Mango Iced Tea which was just perfect! We'll surely visit again when we are back in the area.

Ordered to-go and pulled up at the beginning of the time window. Had to wait a few minutes but that was no big deal. Got home which is less than a 10 minute drive. The Big Mouth Bites were sub-par and the fries were chewy, not quite soggy but definitely not warm. The cheese on the loaded fries were the same way. The cheese wasn’t cheesy at all. I went here almost randomly with my girlfriend and her daughter. Looking for a place to eat, besides I had gifts cards from Christmas I needed to use from this place. Anyways if your a lover of chips and salsa like I am. You've love their chips and salsa. Very thin, but crisp with a touch of salt. Salsas pretty good too. Runny with chucks of tomatoes. For my entrée I ordered the Alex's Santa fe burger. The last too bites had a lil kick to them, but I like my food spicy. Always a favorite. Great service. Definitely hopefully will be back soon. T.G.I.Fridays is closed in the area. This Chili’s location looked like it’s next. I’ve read that Chili’s doesn’t cook their meats onsite. I don’t see anyone exactly smoking my ribs outside. So, my wood smoked baby back ribs was cold, probably from yesterday. If you’re going to nuke my food, at least warm it up right and make sure the sauce is at least room temp.
