Upon our arrival I thought: oh, oh...what did I get us into here? But was I in for a huge and pleasant surprise!!
After passing through a very odd little passage, we found ourselves in a very cool, rustic place, with a lot of odds and ends everywhere.
After we seated ourselves, the server greeted us by asking "Spanish or English?" and my mood immediately was in heaven because I didn't have to feel strange because I don't speak Spanish!
She explained to us the lunch menu, which changes every day and they didn't have a menu! I thought: how cool is that? She even wrote it down for us!
I ordered Gouper and Shrimp Thermidor and it was served faster than McDonald's but 1000x more delicious! This little restaurant exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anybody!

Food was good. Could have been better but it definitely wasn't bad. Service, I guess depends. The place seems to have a big takeout lunch clientele. Therefore if you eat there at lunch don't expect to be fully waited. Regardless, the staff is very nice. The decoration of the place is very love, lots of antiques. Give it a try!

One of the better places for lunch in Ponce.
Here in Chef's Creations, the food is pretty good. Generally, you'll find a few rices, 2 or 3 meats, a veggie option, and 1 or 2 sides for your meal.
Do not underestimate this place. The food is delicious, and the portions are big.
Service is decent. Nothing special.
Prices are pretty standard, around $9 for a lunch which is decent for Ponce.
The atmosphere is quite nice. It gives off an old-fashioned restaurant vibe which most people can enjoy. It's actually quite fresh, actually, so you won't melt here.
Generally, this is a pretty good lunch option. I'd argue top 5 in Ponce for lunch.
My advice is to check their Facebook page for the menu and then just go and visit.
I'd argue it's well worth your money.

Great food, exceptional service and fantastic prices. This is an amazing restaurant in the Heart of Ponce, PR. Chef Jorge Rivera and his family make you feel at home.

This little gem is the perfect lunch spot! They post their menu daily so what you get is fresh. You order at the front window then seat yourself in the quaint back area.

I understand that the menu changes each day, but the choices were very limited. The carne guisada was nice, but the shrimp was missing sazon. The napoleon chicken was mostly sweet tomatoe sauce covered in a provolone cheese. We could not finish the meal. We sat ourselves because noone was at the front to receive guests.
