My only regret is not knowing about this place sooner! I had a wonderful experience here. The campfire tea latte is AMAZING. Homemade marshmallows was a huge bonus. Where else can you find that? It was delicious and I will be back to try more items! Highly recommend.

Located I. Downtown, street and paid parking available. Place is very relaxing and homey. Lots of people working on their laptops or reading. Even though it’s roomy it is always busy as far as seating. Staff is friendly and explain the difference teas as it can get complicated. Every tea is made with care and precision wether hot or iced. So many flavors and can’t make up your mind….flights are available! Their are bagged teas and products for tea lovers available for sale also. Come by and relax for a bit
I was a little nervous to first visit Chad's chai because, although I am a chai lover, I am not a huge fan of spicy chai. However, the Muddy Chai was made perfectly and had hints of chocolate as well as spicy chai. It perfectly combined the sweet and spicy proportions that most chai lovers crave. I loved the style of the cafe, and all of the plants they had. The baristas were very helpful in giving me suggestions a sweeter chai option. Will definitely be returning if I'm in the Winston-Salem area!

Talk about an amazing tea shop! I wish there was one in Greensboro. Chai tea is my favorite tea and I am impressed that they made one this good that isn’t an Indian recipe. Definitely the BEST, and healthiest chai tea in the triad. Most coffee/tea shops are from the syrup pumps and on a keto diet you can’t have those. Great job Chad!

Very nice atmosphere. Love that they have caffeine-free chai and herbal teas. All the drinks we had were good. I came in the evening so I had to have decaf. Can’t wait to come in the morning so I can try different kinds of tea.

There are many great coffee shops. It’s rare that you come by a place that focuses on tea based drinks. Chad’s Chai is the place to go if it’s your cup of TEA. Tons of interesting tea drink options with an open, bright, trendy space for you to sit down and chill. The drinks are slightly on the expensive side but you are paying for something truly unique.
